Two loads of clothes ruined. There was no water temperature setting visible on the washing machines I used. Only "heavy soil, permanent press, normal, or delicate". I used "normal". When my clothes came out, they were super hot. Almost scalding to the touch. -- After test wearing a few things, it feels like they have shrunk. Almost one size smaller. Now they also look funny because they do not fit properly. The neck on some of my shirts seems too small now. One of my favorite shirts was ruined too. See the picture. The logo on the shirt seems to have burned in a small spot. I don't know if that was from the washer or dryer (clothes were dried on "delicate" setting). I did not wear this shirt very often because I really liked it and wanted to keep it in good condition. It has been worn maybe less than 20 times. read more

Super clean, calm environment. Many washers and dryers, though only two big commercial washers and two big dryers. There are little boxes of powdered detergent and dryer sheets for $1/box. The attendant is quite active in getting laundry done and almost always on her feet. The bathroom was really clean, as well. There is a small bulletin board that features help wanted, for sale, and multiple business' cards showcased. There are also two vending machines that are stocked with chips, drinks, and candy. This laundromat is located in a convenient location with fast food options, grocery/department stores, office supply store, pet store, and more within walking distance. To use the commercial washer it costs $4/load and commercial dryers at 25 cents/6 minutes. For the regular washers it is $1.75/load and $3.00 for some dryers. I would come here again. read more

I will never come here again. The laundry was littered with bits of trash. At least 4 washers has out of order signs, and at least one dryer that I saw. I put money into a washer with no sign and it wouldn't start. Took my buck seventy five and nothing. Transferred clothes over to another washer and of course had to pay for another load. When I was putting my clothes into the dryer, there was a fair smell of natural gas. Clearly maintenance is not done here....at least not on a regular enough basis to keep the machines in reasonable working order. Another washer that was available had mud caked in it. No the owners fault, but it makes me wonder how long it's been sitting there. There are other laundromats in this city. Go elsewhere as I will be doing. read more
