On March 21, 2024 I visited this store and the person who waited on me was rude. She told me that my item had to be boxed and why didn't I read the information in the return Amazon app. This is the first I have Ever had to package/box something when returning it to this store. She treated me like I was a child and told me that I could buy an $8 box. I left this store and I will NEVER return to this store. This store is supposed to be CUSTOMER Service not Company Service. This place is always busy so you often have to wait, but it's an easy, convenient place to get things notarized. And inexpensive! I believe last time I went it was only $5 per signature! That's a bargain. read more

terrible customer service. the person that took my return slip did not put it on my package. they sent it back to my home. do not give your slip to the person at the counter. put it on yourself. they said they would review the video to see what she did with my return slip and never returned my call. don't use ups!!! go to usps where they helped me and deliverd my package!!!! terrible customer service!! s read more

It is my opinion that the UPS in twin falls is incompetent. They can't find an address they deliver to the wrong place they're never on time. And they give you an attitude when they screw up. Don't count on these people if you want something delivered on time you better give him an extra week read more

I was so impressed with the quick service at the UPS store today. I was first in the store and then when other people walked in the employees who were doing other packing stopped what they were doing and immediately helped them. During the summer of 2020 here in Twin Falls, Idaho, I needed to ship three framed portraits of military Medal of Honor winners to friends of mine at Misawa Air Base in Japan. I had the three portraits done by a Twin Falls, Idaho arts and crafts shop downtown (who did a great job on all three portraits, I might add), after which I took them to the Twin Falls UPS Store near Five Points. They packaged the portraits and got them going for me. Knowing full-well how long this trip was going to be, and the number of transit points between here and the northern part of Honshu Island where Misawa AB is located, I really had no idea if the shipments would arrive in one piece....but they did. My friends at the base took photos of the three portraits, which they had hung on walls in the base chapel and HQ building. They looked great, hanging up there....and I was able to complete this task (kind of a thank-you to all the fine folks I'd worked with over seven years). I want to commend the folks at the UPS Store and specifically, the manager (Mr. Joel Juarez) for having done such an excellent job for me. He and his staff I hope will take pride in knowing that their work made it possible so that these portraits will be on public display at this base (350 miles north of Tokyo) for the foreseeable future. I can't figure out how to show him (he and his staff) the portraits--my friends sent me photos, but I'm computer illiterate. But: he (they) should know that their work allowed me to complete this project, and that the project I hope will have a positive impact on the work of military people who see these portraits of U.S. military heroes. read more

Incompetent drivers. How is it I've lived in this house for three months, and have had three of my packages delivered wrong addresses? The previous city I lived in for 6 years, and not a single package was delivered to the wrong address. I was expecting two packages that day, first one makes it just fine, second one lands on the doorstep of a house two doors down across the street. I live on the even side of the street, it ends up on the odd side, with no shared numbers, and both houses are obviously and visibly numbered. How does that even happen? You might as well drop every single package for the street at the first house on the block. read more

After my first review the owner reached out to assure me that my experience had been a one-off. Unfortunately I went back today, October 28th, at 9:50 a.m. only to find the store closed once again, despite the store hours posted as 8 to 5. Lights were off, cage was shut, front door open, and a line of people waiting for an attendant to show up. read more

There are a few older reviews here about the previous owner Charles. I know he could be abrasive, and while I never had a problem with him (I go in almost every day) I can see why people would review him this way. However, he's no longer the owner and has retired. The new owner Joel is great, as are the gals working the front. And it's nice for Amazon returns because you can just show them the code on your phone and they take it and box it up. Terrible service. The man working there talked down to me and wouldn't notarize something without my husband there (I'm not married, but he was insistent he couldn't notarize even though it was clear mine was the only name on the document and the notary was to say my signature matched my license. That's it. Marital status was irrelevant). My second stop there was equally bad. I will go out of my way to avoid this store either going to another town or using FedEx. read more

Why do I always get battered verbally when I go here. I want an apology but it's easier to go across the street to the mail room. They are excellent over there. Just felt humiliated after dealing with this place. Accused me of shipping wrongful items. I was just shipping a cell phone. Today I went in with my Zappos return. Zappos returns are free, you should be able to drop off at a UPS location. I've done this several times in different cities without a problem. The gal working asked me to email the return label so she could print it, since she wasn't able to scan it. There were a couple other people in the store and she was the only one there and didn't seem very knowledgeable, perhaps she's new, understandable, but she couldn't print my label right then and needed a manager's approval so I left to run another errand and went back. This time the manager was there and said he wasn't able to open the email and to send it again. A few minutes later he had me send it a third time. It finally printed and then he went over to a cash register to charge me over $3.00. So, after two trips, three emails, and waiting over 20 minutes to return a package I left the UPS Store still with my package. I called Zappos and they were so helpful, they said I shouldn't be charged for a label and to never go back to that UPS store. They arranged a UPS pickup for me, so UPS will come to my house to pick up the package and print a label for free. read more
