He put it in reverse and backed up with the Emergency brake engaged. The truck wouldn't move because the Emergency brake was engaged. So he just kept giving it more and more gas pedal. I heard the engine revved up to over half throttle and I yelled at him "the Emergency brake is set". The vehicle has a V8 with 360 HP, it will move at an idle. Also it will sound an alarm and post a notice on the instrument panel when you have it in gear with the Emergency brake engage!. I bought the truck new and have owned the truck for 14 years and I have never been near that hard on it. I can Not afford to have the drive train rebuilt. And I definitely do not want to buy another truck. It is unbelievable anybody could be this stupid and it is totally unacceptable. And he acted like it was nothing to be upset about. The thought of him being so disrespectful to me and my truck makes me angry I will admit.

I brought this to the attention of the dealership and was told i was a liar bc since it was at my husbands shop that I must have had other work done and tried to get this paid for. so I took the parts. they again called me a liar saying those parts were "probably laying around". the owner would not even speak to me so i looked him up on Facebook and expressed my frustration. at that time he told me had i taken the car to his shop he MIGHT have done the work. well you were not open and the wheels were so loose on the car it wasn't safe to drive. this company is run by a terrible businessman. Please Please Please reconsider if you are thinking of purchasing a car here. Check the Better Business Bureau. there are multiple complaints out there against this company just like mine. they obviously pay someone to "pass safety" so they are not responsible for the repairs.

He didn't mind my service dog in tow either, which I am grateful when people are understanding about him being somewhat still in training. My van was washed after repairs, which was a nice surprise and I really appreciated. The cost estimate was fair and reasonable. Overall, I am just happy to have found a body shop that is run by a good, Christian family who will not take advantage of single ladies overcharging us.
