Very frustrating. Auto Plaza in Desoto contracts them out, but if you have any choice choose another local towing company that has a better response time and COMMUNICATES with the customer if they are going to be a lot later than they state.

We have approved the repair, but the part will take 4 to 6 days to arrive, which is not the fault of Pettus. I explained that my husband is supposed to start his radiation treatments for stage 4 cancer five days a week, and I asked if they offered rental vehicles. They do not. We are going through a lot right now and trying to balance work with making phone calls, as the service portal has been really difficult to navigate. I felt like I was bothering them every time I called, and by the time I finally got the information I needed, it was all bad news. Sometimes I regret not going to a larger dealership. They might have had the part in stock. At Sunset, I always received a loaner vehicle at no charge. However, I've already spent $185 for the diagnosis, which is the minimum charge regardless of how long it took. It's overwhelming when everything seems to hit at once. Then, whether it's a business, a stranger, or a friend; in a position to make a difference, it's a beautiful thing. That wasn't this. ‍
