The guy came out, took pictures and said he was uploading everything to the insurance company. I arrange to drop off my car on the 4th of August. I decided to call the rental car company to make sure everything was good they told to me to call the insurance company to make sure everything was approved. I called and apparently Caliber failed to upload all my documents to the insurance company to get approved for my rental. I have a very busy and hectic schedule and now I have to wait a whole week before I can drop off my car again to be in the process of getting fixed. In the beginning I was thinking there was something I messed up on or forgot to do but a professional place of business is slacking. The people are very nice and respectful and hardworking but i don't like having to come back and forth for things I thought were taken care of.

Even though my husband was able to get it started again after clearing away corrosion on the battery just before Warren arrived, we had peace of mind knowing he'd checked the codes and assured us everything seemed fine. Though the car hadn't overheated, he also identified and fixed a loose connection that was causing a coolant leak which would've led to more problems soon. He knew we were from out of town and desperate to get home. A dishonest mechanic could've taken advantage of the situation and charged us a ton, but not Warren. He charged us a totally reasonable mobile service fee plus a little for mileage. I'd expected to pay much more given the distance he traveled. He took my vehicle to his shop because he stated no one answered the door and gave me a hard time by removing a tool required to tow my car from his shop after I paid him and stated that he borrowed it from a mechanic shop. He Left me stranded, closed his shop even after I offered to pay another charge to tow the vehicle. It was clear to me that he wanted to keep my vehicle so he can begin charging storage fees. Thanks to JB towing who saved the day for towing the vehicle. Very professional, courteous and transparent business practices. I recommend JB towing.

I needed to get back on the road to South Carolina the next morning, so I was extremely stressed. I contacted Brothers Mobile Tire Service & Tire Shop, and they were very helpful by giving me Mr. Robert's phone number. When I called him, he told me to come straight to his location. As soon as I arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue and immediately started calling around to find the necessary part. What truly meant the most was the kindness shown by his family. They personally drove my family and me back to our hotel while the car was being repaired. This was a huge blessing because we had a family of five and Uber could only accommodate four passengers. At first, I thought the car wouldn't be ready until the next morning, but Mr. Robert called me shortly after and said he already had the part removed and would have the car ready that same night. Less than three hours later, he was on his way to deliver my vehicle back to me. When I got in the car, it drove like new again. Mr. Robert was truly a blessing to my family. He worked faster than any shop I've ever dealt with and went above and beyond to help us in a stressful situation.
