When I dropped the truck off the following week, they were taking it back to the bay before my ride even showed up to pick me up. My truck was back on the road the same day and seems to be running like new. Everyone at this location was extremely professional. From their uniforms to their manners. He quoted me 6k, and a whole new rear axle. Said he has to feed his guys... feed him and pay that 80k gas truck note. Mines paid off bud. There are two actual technicians at this location and 50 cars in the lot. Should've been my first sign. He asked what I did for work, Then compared vehicles with me. Fair warning he is better than you and knows everything so don't ask or question him on anything. All I tried to do was ask questions and understand the problem and the correct course of action. "CCCC" ...Very professional. Yet I thought he's the one that suppose to be doing the work on it since he's the "professional" rear end man. 160/hr btw. Told me all these parts were bad, weren't. Never even drove truck or took rear end apart. Sat on rim. Waited a month. Was told 3-5 days. Had to go take back the truck from them. Fixed the truck myself within 2 hours, and a $300 part from autozone. All I got from this "professional" was lie after lie. Don't know how to work on it tell me that instead of trying to cover your ass and getting hostile with me who is just asking questions. I actually use my truck to make money. I don't sit behind a desk all day. Tried to basically rob me of 6k . Very poor business interaction. Won't use again. Not this location at least. Was my go to shop but not after dealing with this individual. Stick to being the manager, bud. Barely can even do that. Honesty goes a long way. Very unhappy! Next day I went to the store and I received the oil pressure warning while driving. When I checked my oil stick it had no oil on it. I got a tech to come and check it out. When he removed the oil filter the O ring gasket was broken. How was this broken and it was brand new? This caused the oil to leak out. I called and spoke to Michael Sullivan , manager, in attempts to explain this to him , he gets rude and upset because I stated it wasn't put on properly. He then say "He gets upset when someone say we didn't do our job correctly".. I just wanted him to show some empathy and at least give me a discount for the inconvenience. I could have lost my entire vehicle do to this issue, but no accountability was taken. I will not be back to this location and I hope you don't go either.
