I needed to get back on the road to South Carolina the next morning, so I was extremely stressed. I contacted Brothers Mobile Tire Service & Tire Shop, and they were very helpful by giving me Mr. Robert's phone number. When I called him, he told me to come straight to his location. As soon as I arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue and immediately started calling around to find the necessary part. What truly meant the most was the kindness shown by his family. They personally drove my family and me back to our hotel while the car was being repaired. This was a huge blessing because we had a family of five and Uber could only accommodate four passengers. At first, I thought the car wouldn't be ready until the next morning, but Mr. Robert called me shortly after and said he already had the part removed and would have the car ready that same night. Less than three hours later, he was on his way to deliver my vehicle back to me. When I got in the car, it drove like new again. Mr. Robert was truly a blessing to my family. He worked faster than any shop I've ever dealt with and went above and beyond to help us in a stressful situation. They are always waiting for you when you pull up at the payment center. There are two lanes to pull through and if it's even slightly busy there are two people there to greet you. You get a complimentary drying cloth and a blunt each time you wash. Kidding about the blunt man. Don't be uptight dog. Car wash gets every square inch of your car it seems. I have a $15 a month subscription so no tire shine for me, so I am not sure how that service is. But that bitch is clean when you roll out even with the basic wash. It's so effective I'm afraid it actually wears through the clear coat if you don't keep your car slick and waxed more than usual. I unfortunately cannot use this wash any longer myself in my current vehicle, but continue my subscription in my old dinosaur burner that I gave to my kid. She still loves it.
