I can't recall how many pools this resort has. The area is absolutely beautiful , esp in the fall or spring. I love that Worldmark now has Scrub Daddy in their kitchens. However I hate that Worldmark has terrible Folgers coffee.

We hesitantly put it on an Amex just in case and 1 week after we left they went silent on us and reported to the 3rd party app that the house was clean. 1 month later after not getting the security deposit back we started making calls and asking questions only to talk to the owner of the company saying that we voided our security deposit because they found dog hair in the house. We don't have dogs.... He showed us pictures of stains in the bedrooms and insisted there were dogs present which is just such balogne. That's when we looked the company up on BBB and yelp and found out we weren't the only ones scammed. I hope this review warns people of the business ethics of this place. I could see arguing a few hundred dollars or something but this company is looking for any and every excuse (Even when they falsely create the excuse) to not pay you back a dime. I'll be honest, The house was nice, for $2600 for a weekend it better be nice right? The owners though, they are just being greedy and scamming people. This hotel is the only beachfront resort with a beach, a floating water park, a beachside restaurant and an infinity pool! We arrived around 1230pm, we checked in at the front office to see if our room could possibly ready. Our room was not ready yet so the front desk provided us with a key to use the pool, if we wanted. They also gave us our beach/pool towels and vouchers for our 2 free 7lb bags of ice. We explored while we waited for our room to become available. After an hour, we got a call that our room was ready! That was very exciting because normally check in is at 4pm. We booked the beach suite room, which is in building E, right by the beach with the floating water park. This was perfect for the kids, we loved this location. The rooms are outdated and could definitely use an upgrade but it spacious. We had a king bed, pull out couch sleeper, a balcony and a large fridge. The big fridge was great to store food and beverages we brought. We also had a cooler with us so we could store ice in there as well as the freezer fridge. Our boys absolutely loved the floating water park. If you're a guest you get a little bit of a discount. I recommend to get the sticky socks or bring your own. The boys liked wearing them so they wouldn't fall all the time. They provide life jackets for anyone going on. They played for about 1 1/2 hours! Great way to wear them out. We loved the naked turtle grill near the dock, it's a really fun beach atmosphere. At night they played live music. Right next door the restaurant is the shop. You can find many cute items in there. My boys found some cool lake havasu hats and a water toy. The pool was so nice, overlooking the lake. Since it was a holiday weekend the pool was more rowdy during the day. They were allowing outside people into the pool, if they were over 21. Later in the day it wasn't as rowdy so we took the kids over there to swim in the infinity pool. We did a lot of night swimming too! My younger son met a boy his age at the pool one evening. That made him so happy, they became vacation buddies, it was so cute. The wet bar at the pool made really yummy pina coladas! It had a really fresh taste. My older son loved their virgin pina colada, he had a few of them over the weekend. Since we booked direct on their website they offered a free tiki boat tour for 2. We ended up taking our boys on this tour. I highly recommend it, especially if you haven't been. The tour takes you to the London bridge and through the party cove during MDW weekend. It was so cool to see all the different kind of boats and lighthouses on the lake. The tour is about 75 min long. The turtle grille was not serving off of their breakfast menu which was a bummer. They were only offering a breakfast buffet. We thought it was overpriced especially for my kids who didn't eat $19 worth of food per child. For the adults it was $25 per person. I will keep this in mind for next time if we come back over a holiday again. This is great vacation location. We will be back for sure. I hope one day we will be back with our own boat. We had such a fun family trip.

Very disappointing stay from start to finish…read more We arrived at 3:00 PM and were told check-in was at 4:00 PM and that we would receive a text when our room was ready. While waiting, we went to the pool bar for food, which was unfortunately not good at all. By 4:00 PM we still hadn't received a text, so we returned to the front desk at 4:10 PM and were told our room was still not ready. When I asked if housekeeping could prioritize finishing our room since it was already past check-in time, the front desk responded, "We can't, because if we push them, they get upset." I found this response unprofessional and frustrating, especially since guests are expected to adhere to check-in times while the hotel apparently does not. After making that comment, the staff then seemed to change their explanation, saying that while check-in starts at 4:00 PM, it could be 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM before we actually received our room. After going back and forth with the staff for an extended period, they finally suggested moving us to a different room in another building, which was still the exact same room type we had originally paid for. This was a solution they should have offered from the beginning instead of leaving us waiting without being checked in. The room itself was extremely run-down and outdated. There were stains all over the floors, mold visible on the bathroom ceiling, and the mattress was so worn out that you could feel the springs through the bed. The entire room felt neglected and poorly maintained. The hotel also charges resort fees and the only thing remotely "resort-like" was the pool, but in Lake Havasu there are plenty of beaches nearby, so a pool is hardly a unique feature. Between the delayed check-in, rude and unhelpful staff, poor food, and unacceptable room conditions, this was not an experience I would recommend.

We picked the home for the putting green and the pool. We were so excited. We've never had any issues with air b&b homes in the past, until this one. We were not able to check-in at the agreed upon time of 3pm. We understand that Debbie was in a meeting and we had no issue being flexible. Even though we let her know that we would be arriving by 3pm days earlier. when she asked. Upon arrival to the home we noticed that there was no toilet paper or paper towels. There were dirty linen and blankets left from the prior guest that Debbie was going to leave in the closet. She asked us to make sure that no one used them. Thankfully, she decided to remove them from the home. We had to keep drinks and some food in the ice chests because Debbie mentioned that the fridge might freeze over if we put all out food in at once and it would not work for 24 hours. The pool area and the pool were filthy. Trash scattered around the ground, beer bottle tops everywhere and trash floating in the water. The pool it self was cloudy and the pool vacuum had been removed from the pool. This is strictly against the home rules. There was broken glass and trash were sporadically spread throughout the home. Debbie did return to the home with toilet paper, paper towels and chlorine tablets for the pool. She mentioned that the pool guy did not suggest adding more chlorine but that she said she was going to do it anyways ( Unfortunately, this irritated one of the kids skin). She also mentioned that the pool guy would come to put the vacuum in, get the pool clean and levels corrected. This did not happen until 12 minutes before she thought we were suppose to check out. This was all in the first hour of being at the home. We had to leave our trash sitting on the side of the home. Debbie said that she would have it picked up. No one ever came to get the trash. It was left in the side of the home in 110+ degree weather. Not only was this disgusting but also extremely unsanitary. We also had no trash bags to use. Thankfully, she brought us some. The putting green only had 2 holes that were operational. The rest have raised above ground and they are unusable. As our time at Emerald continued, we kept finding trash under beds, couch cushions and closets. We had to clean the entire house the first night because it was not done properly. The WiFi did not work. We spent over an hour looking for the router. Once we found it, everything was disconnected. Thankfully we knew how to reconnect everything as some of us still had some work to get done. The chairs at the bar are not safe. My daughter fell due to the fact that the chair backs are not attached to the seat. I had to clean the BBQ because it had not been cleaned in years. The entire BBQ caught fire as soon as we put something to cook. We explained that we were very laidback people. We were not going to party but just 2 groups of friends getting away from this crazy world to relax with their kids. The pool, putting green and the river where why we picked this home. We asked daily about the pool because having a safe, clean area for our kids to play in were vital. Day after day we returned to the home with disappointment. We planned to have a nice relaxing morning before we left. We asked for a later check-out. You agreed that noon would we ok if we made sure that the house was clean, dishes done and towels washed. The kids were caught off guard when two random adults walked in the backyard while they were enjoying the morning. THIS IS NOT OK. This was quickly followed up with a message from you reminding us that check out would be at 10 AM and that you had someone there to look at the pool (9:48am). This obviously quickly ruined our morning. We had been asking every day about having the pool properly cleaned, about the trash sitting at the bottom of the pool and we received nothing but excuses and empty promises. However, you made sure someone was there at the time you thought we were checking out to make sure the pool was ready for you next group of guest. This is absolutely ridiculous. We spend almost $2000 and we were sent a $200 refund for having so many issues. I have been waiting for a response from Debbie for over 48 hours now.
