It took me over a week to wash everything and even had to throw some stuff away. Some clothes did need to go to the dry cleaners which I did get get my money back but had to get it from the handyman guy because Michelle claimed their fault and I need to get from them which is crazy because she hired them. Then they didn't bother to put insulation back up and my electricity bills were $900. Which she claims is normal ridiculous! We had enough of the place was falling apart and decided to move out. We still had 2 months left on our lease which we did pay. Took over a month to get our deposit back which they kept most of it even though the house was fine. There was a cracked mirror when we moved in and she charged my deposit for it even though it was there before we moved in. Pictures from 2023 before we even moved in showed the crack. Then she tried to say the house smelled like cigarettes we don't even smoke. She called me a liar. Definitely feel taken advantage of and disgusted.

I responded with a certified letter and provided all the photos proving it was damaged before I moved in. I also sent photos showing the condition of the house at move-in, including that it was dirty. I requested photos, descriptions of the damages, and receipts or invoices for the charges they were claiming. They sent no photos and no receipts. Instead, they amended the garage door charge. The original disposition showed my total security deposit as $2,300. The updated disposition they sent with a $300 check magically changed my total deposit to $1,800. On their disposition of deposits it states that if I don't agree to follow up with photos and documentation, and that's what I did. but they will not send any photos or receipts backing their disposition. All I have asked for is proof, receipts, and photos. Instead, I get a text "I am over the texts the calls and the letters. I am now blocking you" Mind you all I have done is text my letter to them prior to certify mailing it. I have not once called them. All I did was provide what they asked for in my response and request that they do the same. ‍ gotta love dishonest people! I have proof of the shady business just in numbers ‍

Ehat bothered me was, she told me that she would call me later in the afternoon when she was free. By 3pm, no phone call and no communication at all. Eventually we called her back and she came out to show us a property. After looking around, we told her we wanted to apply for the house, so she used our previous application for that. She had also apparently taken in several other applications for that same property and was preparing to show them all to the landlord in some sort of a renter bid, in which the landlord could then choose. Is it just me, or does that strike you as not kosher at all? We asked her to please call us when the decision had been made so we would be aware even if we weren't selected. We ended up signing on another rental, and she never did call us to let us know we weren't selected. Over all, my experience with this company was akin to pulling teeth in order to get an agent's attention and when we did get it, the attitude of the agent was disinterested and VERY non-engaging. It was clear that she considers her company to be a seller's market, and the interested renters can just put in an app and hope to be selected. I had made a special trip into town just to see the rental and she was aware of this, and I still felt like my time and business were not appreciated. If we move out of our current place, we will not be using NSP. Bottom line: disinterested, disaffected agents and a shoddy way of doing business with potential renters. Expensive, poorly built, built-on-spec houses and even poorer communication. Perhaps you'll have a better experience, but ours was terrible.
