I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.

I was shocked as they showed me they couldn't remove a spot on the leather- they sprayed "window cleaner" on the leather seats and scrubbed the leather away right in front of me revealing the material underneath, what they believed was a spot to be removed, instead making the damage worse. The owner could tell I was shocked and began applying his go to "special conditioner" on the leather, however the leather was already damaged beyond repair. If you need a carpet cleaned this is a fine spot but do not trust them to clean leather. I was charged $250.

I hired Gold Standard Detailing specifically to remove paint splatter from my mom's truck. What…read morefollowed was two days of half-finished work, damaged finishes, confusing excuses, and outright unprofessional behavior. What went wrong (facts): * Interior: They only cleaned the front and second row. The back row was ignored entirely, despite my calling their attention to it while they were there. * Exterior: There was paint splatter along the lower passenger side from front to back. Their attempt to remove it scratched the truck's base coat along that same area -- scratches that are clearly visible from front to back. They also scuffed the taillight so badly it could not be fixed on site. * Incomplete work: They failed to fully remove the paint splatter from the side of the truck and did not remove paint from the wheel wells. They did not wash or wax the top of the vehicle. * Communication and competence: After two unsuccessful visits, they asked for additional payment to come back a third time. They then refused to take responsibility for the damage and still charged me for the service regardless. * Accountability: When I insisted they were hired to remove paint, they claimed I never requested it. This is false -- I filled out their online form explicitly stating paint removal as the primary job, and I verbally confirmed this with Andre when he called to schedule. * Logistics failure: On the second visit they drove an hour in the wrong direction to the wrong address -- despite being at my house the day before. * Refusal to document: When I asked for an invoice they initially refused and said, "Let's not get into semantics," effectively asking me to hand over payment with no receipt or record. Why this matters: * They caused visible, lasting damage to my truck's finish and taillight. * They accepted payment for services they clearly did not complete. * Their behavior after the fact -- blaming the customer, refusing documentation, and requesting more money to fix a problem they created -- is unprofessional and unethical.
