He asked if there's anything that I really care about when I step into my car -- this showed how personable the process is. I handed him the key and I went back into my apartment to work on other tasks. It took about 4 hour to do both the interior and exterior. He explained how he couldn't really fix the scratches because the thin coating on my paint was too thin. I understood because I personally haven't taken the time to take care of my car all these years. He was able to apply wax though. The car looked so shiny and clean. The interior really felt close to being brand new! We didn't have plans to go out that day but we couldn't resist the urge to go out in our "brand new" car and drove to Old City. Consistently disappointing and sub-par. Had the carbonara today and it was tasteless, bland, and had crumbled bacon almost as an afterthought that had clearly been fried in very old oil. Because of the stellar reviews, I decided to try Epic Mobile Detailing even though it is a bit of a drive from my home. I brought my brother's car in for detailing. It looked sad and neglected and worst of all, it had a persistent odor that no previous remedies tackled. Their location offers a comfortable waiting area and also a desk, and I was able to get some work done while waiting. Cleveland and the staff were so nice and welcoming. Accidentally left shrimp in my trunk which seeped into the trunk carpet. You can imagine the scent, which lingered for days even though I tried to have it shampooed at a local car wash. Epic's team performed a full internal detail paying special attention to the area in question. All I can say is OMG. I am one of the pickiest people when it comes to cleanliness. I just picked up a company vehicle and whoever had it before me must have grown up in a garbage dump. There were crumbs, food, fries, and other stuff all stuffed in and spilled everywhere. I was horrified when I stepped into the vehicle. I searched online and found this company and when I called, spoke to the most polite man who assured me he could clean everything perfectly. They called before showing up(arrived early ), worked diligently for about 2-3 hours, were professional and made the car look better than it would have coming off the showroom floor. It sparkled. Highly recommend Epic! The main reason I reached out to them was because the headlights on my 2012 Prius needed restoration. They had considerable oxidation and the lenses had that telltale "fogginess." I threw in an exterior detailing on top of the headlight work. Epic did a great job. The headlights look almost like they did 10 years ago, and I'm very happy with them (like new wouldn't be possible on a 10-year old vehicle unless you replaced the headlight assemblies). See pic. We were able to start the week off right with clean cars. But let us talk about the clean. First car - Toyota truck. The interior had a bit of a smell. Second car - Subaru car. Leather interior caked with mud. Everything was basically covered in straw, dust, dirt, and horse manure. The team spent the good part of the whole day, much longer than they needed, in the heat and humidity of the day to make sure that everything was perfect. Was it perfect? Seriously just stop scrolling. These guys are the best, everyone one else needs to keep up. Reached out at 10am this morning was replied to almost immediately. They were able to get me on the schedule same day, but never once felt like I was a scheduled add on. They called and were able to show up almost an hour early, and were able to work around a wonky daycare schedule. All that is what makes a business good, it's the quality of care that made this experience amazing. Both cars were complete messes, and now they look showroom ready.
