History
Established in 2013.
Detail Dreams didn’t start in a shop or a showroom. It started in a driveway — with a 14-year-old kid, one black 1988 Toyota Supra, and a mother who unknowingly sparked a lifelong obsession.
That Supra changed everything.
To me, it was everything. A bond between my mom and I. The deep, jet-black paint was a mirror that never quite stayed clean. Every tiny scratch, every swirl under the Florida sun taught me how unforgiving—but beautiful—automotive surfaces really are.
I didn’t have loads of money to buy expensive products. I worked with whatever I had or could save up for. The Supra became my canvas and more importantly, my teacher. I obsessed over it. Learned how paint breathes. How pressure and pad choice, change everything. How a microfiber towel could either elevate a gloss or destroy a finish.
By the time I was 18, I had already studied detailing the way others study engineering. It stopped being a hobby, it became an identity. Eventually it would evolve into Detail Dreams
Meet the Business Owner: Nick J.
Nick, Founder of Detail Dreams, found his purpose at 14 when his mom brought home a black 1988 Toyota Supra. That car—and her belief in him—sparked a deep obsession with the art of detailing. What began in a driveway turned into a lifelong pursuit of perfection. By 18, Nick turned his passion into a profession. Over the past 13 years, he’s mastered paint correction, ceramic coating, wet sanding, and safe, intentional detailing for high-caliber vehicles. But beneath the technique lives something deeper: every car he touches is a tribute to the woman who started it all. Her patience, pride, and relentless care live on in each detail. This isn’t just work—it’s legacy. It’s not just a wash— it’s a memory meticulously reborn.
