I scheduled an appointment right away and was confirmed by email. Upon arrival, the shop was very clean with a large space for cars to be worked on, not cramped liked some other shops I've been to in my past. EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY. As I looked around at these guys working on different cars throughout the shop.. He offered me a replacement radio which was better than what Subaru was offering, and the cost was SIGNIFICANTLY lower. I dropped off my car and about an hour later got a call the car was ready. John googled my issue and found that by disconnecting my battery connections, touching them together and then putting them back on the battery was all that was needed. When I called him he asked me to come back in an hour because he was not there and he was busy working on other cars in his shop up north. When I asked him why He just didnt call and reschedule with me he argued and stated "if you want a good deal and a lower price than everyone else has quoted you than you can come back later." I guess this exemplifies the statement "you get what you pay for." I was beyond upset with his answer and he just could not understand why- no apology just told me I was being impatient which didnt even make sense. My time is valuable to me as I dont seem to have much of it and for someone to egregiously steal that from me is pretty discouraging. The tinting is still in perfect condition today (no bubbles, peeling, fading, etc.) after 13 years and more than 300,000 miles.
