Making an appointment was such a breeze - the owner was easily able to accommodate my schedule. And he gave a great assessment beforehand and clearly explained what he'd be doing in the detail package I got. Judging from my "before" picture, it's pretty obvious that my car interior was not in good shape - tons of dog hair, dirt/wood from a camping trip, sand from the beach, etc. And judging from the "after" picture, these guys clearly know what they're doing. Not a single strand of hair or piece of dirt existed on the interior once they were done. And the hard surfaces had an amazing shine. Not to mention, smelled fantastic! As far as the exterior, I've never seen my car in better shape. A&J was even able to buff out some scratches that I've never had luck with myself. Even the hubcaps looked brand new. I dropped my car off in the morning and got it back by the end of the day, which is miles faster than the timeframe other detailers gave me. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my experience with A&J. I signed up for the monthly unlimited for $17.99 which was about $2 less than my old membership in East Brunswick. I love that you have to be a member to use the vacuum cleaners... and speaking of the vacuum cleaners... man, I LOVE that machine that cleans your mats in seconds! The vacuums are super strong as well. Customer service was very attentive and walked me through the process when I seemed to try to figure something out. Oh and they gave me a free upgrade to platinum during my first visit. I'm very happy with this business.

I visited this shop for cleaning and detail work a few times, and they always did a great job. This…read moremade me think I could trust them to tint my front windows. Big mistake. After they first tinted my windows, they seemed fine, but the next day, I noticed a few things wrong. They didn't install the tint to cover the edges of the windows (see photos). This left a part of the window not tinted. I also noticed large clusters of bubbles (not water bubbles) from dirt and contamination, which meant the windows weren't properly cleaned before the tints were applied. I returned to the shop and pointed out these issues. They told me that it wasn't covered under warranty and offered to re-do the tints at half price. I was disappointed because why should I pay them again to fix their mistakes? It seemed unethical. I spoke with the owner and expressed my dissatisfaction. He said he'd talk to his installer and call me back with a resolution, but I never heard from him. I won't be returning to this business. Anyone looking to get tints should look elsewhere. I ended up paying another tint shop to completely re-do the work done here. It's a shame because I was happy with their car washing and detailing services, but the tints ruined it for me.
