The salon itself is GORGEOUS! It's an open area with shampooing on one side and stations on the other. They also sell hair care products and other items. At my initial cut Megan inquired about what my needs were. I am pretty basic, so really just needed a trim. I keep long straight type hair. She asked about layers and if I wanted face framing or bangs and we worked out the details. I loved that Megan asked these questions to make sure I get just what I want! She is gently with brushing and cutting while being very efficient. At the end of my cut she asked if I would want my hair styled and she was able to give me some waves. It was fantastic! I have thin fine hair and was so impressed that the style held all day! WOW! Appt setup is easy breezy, appointments are efficient and friendly, cut results align to what is asked for, check out is fast. I highly recommend this salon for your hair needs! Ask for Megan :)

I called early this week for a hair appointment with color for Saturday morning. When I arrived,…read morethe receptionist went over to one of the stylists and began a whispered conversation --which I could hear--and told the woman her appointment was here. The stylist who had been assigned my appointment had another client in the chair, and said it would be at least another 30 minutes. Another stylist offered to take my appointment but the receptionist only offered me the option of waiting at least galf an hour or rescheduling. I had another appointment set for after the salon, and couldn't do that. I will not return to this salon. The staff was unfriendly, and unhelpful, was not ready for my appointment, and didn't seem to care.

I asked for my hair to not be cut straight across at my ear and that I wanted my hair to be cut…read moreshort and have pointed, spike typed strands. I had a picture on my phone that could be referred to and plenty of hair to work with. I was not offered a mirror to view my hair after the woman was done.I came out with a man haircut and my hair was cut straight at my ears. I looked at my hair when I got into my car and I had several long hairs around the bottom of my hairline. First red flag...the place was not busy and other salons I stopped in had an hour or two wait. Second red flag...I told the stylist my hair had to be razor cut and thinned. I know my own hair. She told me she used scissors first then went over it with a razor. Thankfully my hair grows fast. I will NOT be returning.
