Jimmy, the home inspector, spent a lot of time with me on the phone going over his comprehensive report in as much detail as I wanted. I learned a lot about the home and home ownership, what to watch out for as we lived in the house, and felt like I got more than my money's worth. This is why I called them up again when I was ready to purchase my next home. I was able to attend this inspection in person and appreciated Jimmy's methodical and comprehensive approach.
