The first time I was told they were out of adhesive remover. The second time I specifically made sure to point out the residue and that I wanted it removed. Was told it wouldn't be a problem when I dropped it off, but now they're out of adhesive remover again! Guess the moral of the story is don't bring your car here if you actually want more than a vacuum. They have lost my family's business.
