After getting a quote for the work, I said Tuesday would work for me and that I would be there at 7:30am and they said great see you then. Tuesday (today) rolls around and I am there at 7:30am ready for the appointment. I was then told that I was not scheduled for an appointment but just a drop off. Still needing the work done, I gave them my keys and waited. A little after 10am my truck was taken into the shop. Around 1pm they said the work was completed but that I needed rear brake work????? I brought my truck in because I knew it needed brakes all the way around. At this time, my truck was still on the lift but they refused to do the work because it was not scheduled for rear brakes. WTF!!!! Because I did not hold their hand through the entire process, I had to drive back home with really bad rear brakes. If you choose to use their service, spell out everything you need done for them and double check that they understood what you want. For me it was a waisted day that I took off from work and I will never do business there again.

At no point during that conversation was it mentioned that the cost would increase significantly, yet there was no problem telling me they found another problem that needed fixed. When I went to pick up my car, I was shocked to find the total was over $1,800. That's a major increase that should have been clearly communicated beforehand. If I had been informed, I could have decided whether to move forward with the repair. Instead, I was put in a position where I had no choice but to pay in order to get my car back. On top of that, after looking up the cost of the parts, it appears they mark them up by at least 40%. Proceed with caution. People don't write bad reviews for absolutely no reason.

However, it was not until we were in real distress that the true value of this establishment shone through! Ben Shabib has been working with us from the beginning, and he is truly a Godsend. In addition to knowing my wife and I BY NAME and greeting us with professionalism and respect EVERY TIME, he PERSONALLY took an interest in the status of our repair job.
