I had my 2018 KIA Stinger detailed by Mario about four weeks ago and for his work I decided to have my new Corvette C8 detailed and ceramic coated by him the minute I took the livery of the car from the dealership. It is important to have a new car detailed just as fast as you can as of the many issues a "new" car has. New cars come dirty, and without a total detail those issues lend to paint problems in time along with issues with other visual parts of the car. I recently purchased a 2015 Porsche Macan Turbo out of state sight unseen. I was told it was close to mint...that wasn't the case. The paint was really rough so I did some online searches and stumbled onto Detailing by M here in Plano. I read his great reviews and decided to give him a try. Mario did a fantastic job on our 2008 Infiniti QX56! His communication, friendly demeanor, and attention to detail was second to none from start to finish. He showed up promptly at 7 am to get started, just like he said he would and was onsite for the better part of 7 hours until our vehicle was complete to his and our standards. We had an issue with the clear coat finish on the hood and he was able to make it look almost good as new. There was also a large scuff mark on the front bumper that he almost completely buffed out. Just got the van back from this detailing guy and a little confused about it. As you can see on the rags the interior was not detailed, the vents were not blown out there still dust in them several areas of the interior we had to go back and clean. The rag show how much stuff was still on the interior of the van. Seatbelts not clean steering wheel still had cried all over them.And then isn't it customary for them to wash the exterior of the car and clean out the door wells? If not my bad however the interior was not up to snuff and the windows inside were either not clean or clean with a dirty rag. He cleaned the carpet with appears to be where all the attention was given. After this review: Glad to report that Mario came out and looked at the issues, gave a 25% refund for the missed areas. In August 2012, I owned a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Edition. I was looking for a auto detail person locally to give my car a deep cleaning. My daughter has severe allergies and I was on a mission to clean the house and automobile to alleviate her symptoms. I hired Mario and he came out to my work place on August 3. I did have a good experience and for the most part was satisfied with the amount of cleaning and results. In September 2012, I traded in my vehicle while it was still clean for a new Prius. Mario stopped by my work on September 9 to offer his service again. This experience was disappointing and I felt ripped off. Mario offered me a discount car wash. Regularly $35 down to $25. I asked for a car wash with water and when I left the office to go home, I saw that my car was not washed at all. Mario took it upon himself to ignore my request and washed it waterless. I texted him that evening and stated that I was upset that he didn't respect my request for a service I paid for and left my windows/windshield streaky making it difficult to drive with the sun's glare. In addition, there were still water spots on my car, over spray of some type of chemical on my glass and no vacuuming inside. The "$25" discount car wash wasn't really a deal after all. He responded the next morning and said Oh wow. He didn't know I was so serious about not wanting waterless wash. As far as the windows, he guess he didn't double check them. As far as vacuum, he was giving me a quick exterior wash only. As far as the new water spots from the sprinkler, that morning, it would take more than just washing. It would require buffing and he normally charges $55 for a wash. He then said that he was trying to do me a favor and that is why he doesn't do cheap car washes. He ended, saying that he would be happy to fix my windows and refund my money. I replied and accepted my money back without any further fixing and that he could come by and drop off the refund today. Mario never showed up to date. When has the average consumer considered $25 a cheap car wash. No vacuuming included and no water being used and the automobile is still dirty with streaky windows. Please research carefully who you allow to care for your automobiles. I would not recommend Mario for his poor business ethics, customer service and fraudulent promise to refund my money. read more

I've had Mario as my car detailer for about 1.5 years now. I've always been impressed by Mario's attention to detail and his extremely positive attitude. First off, he's detailed about... 7 of my family members' cars, including a 35 foot motorhome, some of them more than once, and my family has always been happy with his work. He provides excellent customer service and he is very hard working. Honestly, I think I underpaid him for the work that he did. He worked on my car from 8:00am-6:00pm and he still came back the next day for a few hours to finish up the interior. Mario really cares about doing a great job and he takes his time.
