I think I was searching renovation when frankly the job I wanted was demolition. He had an opening and a crew, I had a flexible schedule, so he came and removed the basement. Fair price, courteous and polite, removed what I wanted. Frequent check ins. On time. What more could you ask for? Turns out I probably have another project for him... we ran out of time and steam last week, but I'm calling him again. Edit: Called him again. This time for a deck and raised garden. I hate to say I probably have more projects for him...it just sorta piled up. Anyway, did a great job! Highly recommend.

As you can see in the pictures that the flu liner past the damper is still filled with loose objects hanging off of the inside. When I approached the man about it he became irritated and hostile. At that point I told him that he was a dick and that I would be stopping payment on the check. He kept cursing me out of my name to the point that I told him to get off my property.
