Jason and Sandy were incredible! They were so easy to work with, did such a great job setting up…read morethe 2.5 day sale, and communicated frequently. Here's a snapshot of everything they did. First, I made the call and talked to Jason who walked me through their overall process. When I said I needed something turnkey, I wasn't kidding, and he said "no problem!" And he was right! He and Sandy came out to my parents' house and explained everything in person. I had spoke to a couple of other companies before finding them through a google search, and I could tell right away their level of service was great. Second, they did a pre-staging cleanout once I had taken a few items from the home my mom wanted to keep. There was a lot to sort through in a home that had been lived in since 1959. And with my dad's dementia, (he started hoarding) Jason and Sandy had a lot to go through with trash and things that needed to be removed before the stagine. They know what sells, and what doesn't, and they got ready for the staging. They came to the house often (used a lockbox I set up) and started the staging. When Sandy told me she would make it look like a retail store with shelving units she wasn't kidding. They brought in numerous shelving units and got right to work. She worked on the upstairs, bedrooms, kitchen stuff, etc. while Jason worked in the basement, shed, and garage. I watched the staging unfold with anticipation knowing we'd have a great sale. Third, after the staging was all ready, I waited in anticipation for the big day. On the day of the sale I dropped by about 30 minutes before the start/open to drop off "coming soon" for sale flyers for the kitchen table. People were already gathering on the sidewalk, parking their cars, etc. They had put out large signage sandwhich boards on multiple streets to let people know about the sale, and included the listing on the estate internet site. The sale was then on! The first day was great. There were a few hundred people through on day 1 alone. Days 2 and 3 have lower volume which is expected, but so much sold I was so impressed. They did a really good job merchandising the items and the sales proved how worthwhile that was. Next came the "all out" cleanout. They brought in a dumpster and took out everything that didn't sell and left the house broom clean for me to have the carpet cleaners come in next. Jason and Sandy were very accessible, very transparent in the process, and ongoing status, and kept me inoformed of what was coming next. I highly recommend All Out Estate Sales.

He was too elderly to help much and it was just me with one weekend day a week. I was looking at literally months of sorting. I contacted an estate sale company from an upscale suburb and they looked around and said they had no interest, there were not enough items worth selling. We were really discouraged. Then we discovered All Out Estate sales. They came in looked around and said "This is great, we can make a good sale out of this." They really do go all out. They spent weeks sorting the junk from the sellable items. Set up shelves and lighting, priced and displayed everything, advertised, conducted the sale, cleaned up the remains and boxed up the donatable stuff and tossed the rest. The house went from cram packed with a mix of junk and stuff, to basically broom clean except a few pieces of furniture that did not sell and we asked them to leave behind. I did not have to do anything. Just stay out of their way and answer a few questions. There were hundreds of people at the sale and dad got over $5500 after paying for the dumpsters. Dad was really tickled at some of the prices they got for things. Jason even helped us sell an old broken Saturn car that was up on blocks in the yard. There were no big ticket items, just lots and lots of small things. The sold over 2/3 of the stuff in the house and there were literally thousands of items. Sandy and Jason were very contentious and honest. They found a stack of $2 bills and some other cash stuffed away in various locations. We had no idea it was there. They left it in a drawer for us with some other important papers that they found. We had a few special requests of them. I do not think they said no to anything. They communicated very well and frequently and kept us informed of how things were going and what to expect. This is the estate sale company you should use. I cannot imagine any better way to deal with a household full of stuff. They do not charge enough for all that they do. The turnout was amazing. It would not be an exaggeration to say there were 500 people who came through the sale. It may have been considerably more. We are recommending them to all of our friends, and my father's realtor said he never heard of anyone being happy with their estate sale people before (apparently other companies are not this awesome). He is going to recommend them to his clients. Where is the nine star button?

In mine and others observations there were two. Both were in the living room. No one was attending the upper level, the lower level or the garage. We had two bedroom sets for sale. My witness told me that the people who bought the dressers were told to just empty the contents on the floor and that's what happened. In the garage, which was packed, nothing was displayed. Paul referred to the items in the garage as " the junk you guys brought over" this was not junk. There was crystal, vintage still in box, holiday decor, and many more items of value in my opinion.Nothing was unwrapped, and there were several broken pieces thrown about the garage along with a lot of garbage, even though there was a garbage can right there. Many items in the garage were new in original packaging, unused. We found several empty boxes with no contents.I personally wrapped all these items myself. I felt there was a total lack of respect for the property and contents of the house. We did not sign up for the clean out but the condition this house was horrendous. I have pictures backing everything up. Paul and Ashley were nice but in my opinion, we were totally misled. It's the opinion of myself and other family members that may be 15 to 20% of items were priced.. I'd say maybe 20% of the contents of this packed try level home were displayed. If I had to do it all over again, I would not hire this company. I also felt like and it's my opinion, hardly any research was done on these items since they were still wrapped, , in drawers. It's been a couple months and still trying to get all the broken glass from the basement that's embedded in the carpeting because of lack of care and supervision. The pool table was not listed on the list of items sold even though it was sold. We had to ask about it and Paul stated he forgot to put it on the list. It just makes wonder how many items were accidentally omitted from the list.

I made a consultation appointment and received a few emails with a lot of good information regarding estate sales and how to be prepared for the consultation. Was told to start putting in piles things that we want to keep versus things that could be sold in an estate sale. The day of the consultation, Allison came and was very approachable and friendly. However, she told us that since we did not have over $10,000 worth of stuff to sell, that doing an estate sale would essentially not be worth their time. I was a bit annoyed that this information just wasn't shared upfront. I get some people have hidden treasures, but I could've told the initial contact person that I highly doubt we have $10,000 worth of things to sell. Allison gave us a piece of paper that spoke about what we can do now that an estate sale with them is not possible. Suggestions of using Facebook marketplace, donating items, and trashing companies that they have worked with in the past. Again, she was super sweet and knowledgeable regarding her craft. But I wish I knew all this before, even having a consultation, felt like a waste.
