OPEN to CLOSE Monday July 13th to have the tint re done and headlights put in. Finally get car back i was told it was "A1" when I asked if it's level ect. Since daylight out and I cant check the headlights. I was reassured. I come home mind you I live 45 minutes away night time comes I didnt leave their till they closed and the headlights point straight into the ground. Now I have to go back for a 3RD time to spend god knows how long to have original headlights put in. Now it will be me coming back twice for the tint and now twice for the headlights and gas ain't cheap. To say im unhappy is an understatement. Im coming first thing this morning. Glad I was offered a free car detail though that seems worth 4 45 minute trips. They chipped my paint i was there open to close 9AM TO 6PM AND STILL WASNT DONE. Came back next morning waited another 3 HOURS. And like Jessica's comment they offered me same thing a free car detail and said their work is "A1". I WENT 3 TIMES IM NOT GOING A 4TH. I live 40 minutes away here is the proof these are just some of the damage. There is an entire screw missing and headlights are hanging out of the car. I now have a 1,000 dollar repair bill to fix the paint they chipped and bumper messed up. They said they could touch up paint didnt ask me what color car. I drive metallic silver. STAY AWAY! *********UPDATE********** Took wicked metallics to small claims court (see first picture attached) Judge ruled in my favor in the amount of 1,000 in damages,time,and gas. The most recent comment is the exact experience I went through. Told they would take care of it but when the owner got in front of a judge he changed his tune and said he tried to contact me multiple times. Text messages ect and was asked to produce them he did not because they would not have helped. I did not return a 4th time because they caused 1,000 in damage.

Our daughter's hockey team was hosting a golf outing, and with everything going on between myself and the other volunteers, we completely dropped the ball and forgot to pick up the signs we had ordered. The night before the outing, while at the girls' hockey game, we suddenly realized no one had them. Panic set in. Out of desperation, I sent them a message on Facebook--fully expecting either no reply or, at best, a "sorry, nothing we can do." To my absolute surprise, within 10 minutes they responded. Not only did they reassure me, but they immediately offered solutions. While we were scrambling to see if someone nearby could grab the signs, they asked where we were--and when I told them we were at the game, they went above and beyond. They actually offered to bring the signs to us. After the game, they met me at my house and delivered them personally. I was floored. They easily could have said, "Sorry, we'll see you Monday," and I would have understood. Instead, they went out of their way, on their own time, to make sure our team was taken care of. That kind of service is almost unheard of these days. What they did was not just customer service--it was genuine kindness, and it meant the world to us. They saved our event, and for that I will be forever grateful. I will recommend MI Custom Signs to everyone I know, and I will never forget how they stepped up when they didn't have to.
