The first issue…read moremy main remote for the starter stopped working, they are very informative and told me about the things that could be wrong and what's covered by manufacture vs what I would have to pay for. I ended up needing a new key fob and they switched it out and programmed it with ease. The second issue my remote starter begin to act the same but just needed to be reprogrammed. I only had,to pay $35 both times for a half an hour of investigation since my key fob did odd things. I took a star off because they don't take appointments, everyone is first come first serve. With both services I need I was there close to an hour. The wait didn't deter me and I'll be back with my new car, the customer service is good and prices are lower than others without selling extras.

While within the warranty period, 2 of 5 windows started bubbling really bad so I dug up the warranty receipt to claim a warranty repair. I brought the car back and pointed out the windows with bubbles, but also the ones that still had an outstanding tint. Guy started giving me the run around. Something about their billing system being new and they can't find me. He told me I needed more proof on top of the warranty receipt, oh and by the way it would cost extra to remove the bubbling tint, a lot extra...I kindly left and didn't go back.
