I brought a Ford Fusion here from word of mouth and I regret it. I picked a costly ceramic tint…read morefilm which came with warranty. While within the warranty period, 2 of 5 windows started bubbling really bad so I dug up the warranty receipt to claim a warranty repair. I brought the car back and pointed out the windows with bubbles, but also the ones that still had an outstanding tint. Guy started giving me the run around. Something about their billing system being new and they can't find me. He told me I needed more proof on top of the warranty receipt, oh and by the way it would cost extra to remove the bubbling tint, a lot extra...I kindly left and didn't go back.

He did a wonderful job and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. He does a good job of showing you the variances in the shades of tint you can choose from and in explaining what each will look like on your specific vehicle.
