They initially contacted me and requested additional information but they didn't follow up with an estimate.

The Reynolds|Fettig Group - Keeping the REAL in Real Estate

    The Reynolds|Fettig Group

Pete Fettig and John Reynolds, were the best real estate team to work with for my move back home to…read moreMaryland, after 20 years away. They found me the perfect home for me in the exact location that I wanted to call home. I was relocating up north and had very limited time to view homes as I was quickly starting a new job upon my return to Maryland and working through my contingent transaction on the sale of my home in NC. I provided a detailed list of what I wanted in my new home as part of the request to get the search officially started. I fully relied on the Reynolds|Fettig team to search for homes in my price range, show me areas I was unfamiliar with and to make sure all of the properties were spot on and had the list of important items I wanted at my price point. Every single home we toured had those qualities I was looking for and all this even when accounting for my initial search area being very broad. This included both eastern and western shore properties within proximity to the Bay bridge. After a day of touring the Eastern shore and discussing the beach traffic and my commute etc. it became clear that my new home really needed to be in the Anne Arundel County and ideally Pasadena area. The homes selected for our tour were very well researched and critiqued and met my needs and then some. The last home we toured on our second day of looking in Pasadena and Anne Arundel county led us to my new home! After considerable negotiations in a tough market, the Reynolds|Fettig group got me a fabulous deal that I was very happy with. I started out in a great equity position after the appraisal and they had resources for every single step of my move and even after as I got settled in my new area. It made for a seamless transition, especially when starting out fresh in a new area and new state. I simply can't recommend Pete Fettig and John Reynolds enough! They are standouts in their profession and have every base covered from the very start and well beyond the settlement when their job would otherwise be done. Anyone looking to buy or sell property here in Maryland would be lucky to have the chance to work with the Reynolds|Fettig group. They are the best team and really make sure your time is valued and your wish list is met. I can't recommend them more! !

I purchased the home in February 2018 and some minor repairs were supposed to be completed (which we had in writing) and we arrived at the closing table the seller informed us she did not have time to complete, so we feel the listing agent mislead us. Worse than that, I purchased a home primarily for the in ground pool for my family. When I purchased the home in february, I was given a copy of the pool inspection which had 2 major issues. My agent provided me with verification in writing from Schmidt Home Consulting the 2 issues were resolved prior to closing the pool for the season. (cant really open a pool in February, so much to my surprise when I opened the pool in June, BOTH issues were not resolved) I even had the same company who performed the inspection come out and open my pool and they advised no repairs were completed. I contacted Schmidt Several times and spoke to an assistant twice and was told I would hear from the Broker with Resolution. 2 months have gone by and I have heard nothing. We felt that the listing agent represented the seller and would at least call us to attempt to resolve the matter since we had it in writing at closing...Dont they have Errors and Ommissions insurance to stand by their word? They never even called, and I'm out 2500 for a new pump and motor to use my pool. Be careful with this broker, if they say repairs are made, make certain you have receipts and check before you settle... Bad business practice to misrepresent and hide...
