We weren't sure if it was coming from behind the tile wall or if it was just the faucet stems but another plumbing company came out yesterday and charged $99 just to tell us that we would have to hire a tile demo person to tear out the tile wall to the tune of $800 before they could even start to repair it. SMH But today Jason with Maeser was at our house within 30 minutes of our call and done with all repairs within the hour! And Maesers cost was less than half of the other company's quote! However, following the service, I was charged several thousand dollars for Freon that I was told was non-refundable, only for the system to stop working entirely a few days later. I am now being told there is a leak, despite the system holding its charge perfectly fine before your company serviced it. As a disabled veteran on a fixed income, I prioritized these funds to ensure my family would have reliable cooling during the hottest months of the year.
