Dr Johnson & his Staff ROCK!!!!!!! I had been referred to a different orthodontist a few years back for my daughter and I knew due my teeth that I would have to get braces as well. The referred orthodontist was fine when we took my daughter to them but when I tried to get myself all setup too they were rude. So we didn't go forward with braces for my daughter with that group or myself. Fast forward to present day!!! My daughter once again pushed about getting her braces going asked the dentist for a new referred they directed us to see Dr Johnson and WOWZERS!!!!! His clinic is awesome!! Staff is extremely friendly and willing to help answer questions and every time I stop by for appointments for myself they always ask how my (by her name) daughter is doing. They also were very willing to work with me to help get the cost to work with my budget. I haven't seen to many clinics that will let you do this!! The overall feel of the clinic doesn't feel like a dental office it feels like a one large family room!! I would refer Dr Johnson office to anyone needing orthodontist work!!!!! read more

First impressions are always the most important in my book! From start to finish you feel like family. The office is clean, updated and organized. I noticed there was a board welcoming todays new patients on the check in desk, with MY NAME ON IT. lol very nice touch. They offered me cold juice and water while I waited ( barely 3 mins) the X ray tech (Taylor) was super friendly and personal and patient with me. Dr. Johnson answered all of my questions and Sarah was super helpful, she introduced me to the entire team, gave me a tour, went over all treatment options with me. Chloe did my records appt, i was a big baby when it came to the impression wand. lol The super star of the group has to be Narda!! She handles the money portion, for one this is the most inexpensive place around very willing to work with you and make low easy payments. She assured me that this was the best place in town and I can now say I fully agree. I get my braces on next week! Im a mom of 5, so this will be a nice little break from real life to have my appts and chit chat with the staff for the next 12 months. read more

SO FAR, SOOOO GOOD!!! In the 5 months I've had my braces, the staff At Northern Smiles has been the main attraction. I cant remember one time that I walked into their state of the art clinic and wasn't immediately greeted by name. I've also had a few very minor things come up like a loose wire or just wanting my colors changed and they were more than willing to get me in (usually the same day that I call). In my opinion Northern Smiles is the perfect example of friendly customer service. Even when I bring my 2 small children to my appointments, the staff go out of their way to make them feel valued. Its one thing to pay for a service, but its worth every dime when it comes with customer service. Dr. Johnson and his whole team at Northern Smiles Orthodontics are wonderful! We just completed a great year of treatment with them and my son's underbite is fixed and his smile looks amazing. Everyone has been so friendly and professional. They were great about explaining everything so both my son and I understood what they were doing and what we needed to do. He was only 8 when we started and had a hard time with some of the procedures and they were so patient and kind. They just worked with him over the course of several appointments to complete the process and really built up his confidence. The office is fun and the rewards structure and monthly contests helped keep him motivated to follow through on his treatment. They've been so great my husband is starting treatment with them now. Dr. Johnson is an amazing orthodontist and person. He always smiles and says Hello him and his staff. From the very beginning I loved bringing my son here and he loves it too. You feel at home with them. My son Got His Braces on Monday 11/28/16 . I was nervous but Dr. Johnson and his staff once again Amazing. They truly love what they do and you feel valued and truly cared for. I loved the fact the lady at the front desk remembered my son and how excited he was to get his braces on. Woohoo! Two years and a beautiful smile later, my son is done with his braces! He got them off ten days ago and has been smiling ever since! His teeth are beautiful and his confidence is up already! Braces are hard to live with, hard to keep clean, and they aren't cheap... but the end result from Dr. Johnson and his staff, made it all worth it. I highly recommend these guys. My son never complained about going in. He always enjoyed seeing everyone when we went in. We have had the most amazing experience at Northern Smiles! My daughter loved every visit, even when she was in pain she didn't hesitate to go back in. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and fun. The layout of the office is unique and beautiful as well! Today, two days after getting her braces off, my 9 year old declared that she is interested in becoming an orthodontist.
