I have had an excellent massage there and an okay pedicure experience. But, I must give huge kudos to Peggy the receptionist. I wanted to buy gift certificates for my daughters for Christmas. It was too late to mail them to me in time for Christmas. I was going through a bout of vertigo and could not drive over to pick them up. I work right in downtown Keene. Peggy offered to drop them off to me at my workplace on her way to work the next day! What a kind and thoughtful gesture! Incredible customer service. This place is hit or miss depending on who you get. Had a TERRIBLE 90 minute massage here. The therapist said I should have asked for another therapist if I wanted deep tissue even though that's what I booked. I've never done this but walked out and book with another Massage place in the area. On the other hand, I've had several ok massages and some good facials so I had to give it 3 stars read more

LOVE this place! Regular chiropractic visits were not fixing my problem till I saw Dr. Devine. Wonderful! For the first time in years I can go weeks between visits. The staff is caring, funny, sweet, and I have never had an insurance problem since their staff is well versed. Decided to treat myself and a friend to massages and mani/pedicures. Wonderful! Clean, soothing, relaxing, and pampering. Pepper gives the best massage ever! My tooties looked so cute in their pampered pink polish. Will use them again and again. read more

I have used the spa several times and the attendants and staff are top shelf and very accommodating !!!! I would definitely say best spa in town just scheduled a massage looking forward to it ! I notice a lot of reviewers have commented on pricing trust me if you think this is too expensive then you have probably never been to a spa before I have been all over the US and the rates here are pretty reasonable ! read more

Beautiful place, staff was nice. Got a bikini wax... they did it too quickly, in and out in 10 minutes. Got home and still had hairs, seems like they broke off instead off pulling out the roots. Not worth the passion or money! Won't go back, I'll go to the other skin care place in Keene, much better results there. read more

I had a facial here 2 days ago and my face looks horrible. It is blotchy, swollen and burning. I know the day after a facial the skin is a bit irritated but this is terrible. I've never had a reaction like this before. Waiting to hear back. Have tried everything to relieve the pain (calydril, antihistamines, cold compresses) and nothing helps. read more
