I've been getting massages from Paul for a few years now and he's very good. Able to figure out where the problems are and work them out.

We've been members of this club for over three years, and overall, we've had a positive experience…read morewith the facility itself. However, our experience with the Kids Club has been extremely disappointing. About a year and a half ago, my son had an incident where a staff member teased him. He reacted in a playful but inappropriate way, and as a result, he was suspended for a week. At the time, he was also dealing with a serious medical condition that was affecting him neurologically, which we later came to understand may have influenced his behavior. Out of caution, he did not return to Kids Club after that incident. Now that he is doing much better, and I have returned to full-time work, I recently attempted to bring him back--only to be told that he is permanently banned. The reason given was a Facebook comment I had made at the time describing our experience. I made multiple attempts to have a calm, reasonable conversation with staff to revisit the situation, especially given the time that has passed and my son's improved health. Unfortunately, there was no willingness to reconsider. This puts us in a very difficult position. As a working parent, I rely on the Kids Club in order to use the gym. Without access to childcare, we are now faced with canceling a membership we've maintained for years--not because we want to, but because we no longer have a way to utilize the facility. What's most concerning is the lack of empathy and accountability in how this situation has been handled. I sincerely hope the club takes a closer look at how interactions with children are managed, and how situations like this are resolved, so that other families don't have a similar experience.

I never have to wait for a machine that I want to use because they have so many to offer. (i work out in the morning usually around 9am-11 am ish.) The desk people ALWAYS great my on my way in with a smile. The cleaning lady is always on the move, keeping up with any messes left behind by members. I have tried a few classes that they offer and have found that overall the Body Pump class is my favorite because of the over all body work out. I can't say enough about the instructors either. Katie K & Taryn are definitely 5 star instructors. None of the classes are any extra charge, it is all included in the membership. But If you want a personal trainer, its extra. (although 1 session is free when signing up) I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for not just a gym but an overall athletic club experience. I will be taking my kids swimming here this summer in the large pool in the back. (with a water slide!)

It was very clean, as some one with a suppressed immune system I worry about but it was very clean. We went back a month later for another soak and a couples massage for my boyfriend's birthday and had a great time. Again very clean and my boyfriend said it was one of the best massages he has had in a long time. I would definitely recommend!

My boyfriend and I decided to come here on our anniversary last year. With how taxing both of our jobs are on ourselves, we opted for the hot tub session, specifically the Water Room. Upon walking in, we were greeted by the staff who were both extremely friendly and polite. They showed us to the spa room, gave us the instructions (shower prior to getting into the hot tub, how to work the shower/steam room, how to work the tub) and let us be for our hour time. Because it was our anniversary, we also requested the sparkling cider and rose petals...I'm so glad we did. It really was the most perfect time and so relaxing. They flash/dim the lights momentarily when you have about ten minutes left, which is a nice touch as we had put our phones away to be in the moment. We absolutely want to go back and plan to go many times moving forward. Thank you Elements for the amazing time!

I'm going to be extremely fair in my review and explain all details and why. I know many people…read morelove this place, and I was so excited to go here but I need to be very honest in the ways they can improve and why 3 stars and not 5 stars from us. The booking and check in process was smooth and easy. The front staff were very friendly on the phone and in person. They walked us around to show us the grounds. Our room was exactly as we expected so no surprise there. It was ready when we arrived, clean and stocked with the basics (towel, soap). We didn't have high expectations for a new/updated room as the photos are exactly how the room was. No fancy frills but clean and absolutely fine to stay in. The beds are not that comfortable but fine. The wall paper in farm house 6 was peeling a bit and wear and tear around the unit was present but we did expect the room to be outdated and didn't have any issues over all with the room. The main reason for our 3 star is really based on food, amenities, and grounds. As for food, do not have high expectations as it's very basic. I would rate it 2 at best, but it's all inclusive and does feed the mass groups. Our waitress the first night was awful, we didn't eat for almost an hour. She told us she was rusty and not ready for the groups yet. Little weird, but I guess she was being honest. The other night/day team were much better and more competent. One odd thing we did notice, food is not in abundance when it's put out for guests to grab. Once something runs out, it runs out. I'm all for not wasting food, that's very important but we noticed often food would run out (cookies, appetizers, and other items to grab-go). For example, the cocktail adults evening, majority of the finger appetizers ran out. Another night, they had watermelon for dessert and it ran out. Ultimately, we can't say we didn't eat, we did, some items just would run out and that was it in terms of offerings. Another concern was the indoor pool, it was freezing. Like unable to swim at all -cold- cold. I would think summer time the pools outside are much better, but we didn't try those as it was too early in the season (April). The toys on the main lawn near the sand pit and volleyball area are all broken and worn out. One of the swings broken and missing. The kiddie barn is broken where the kids play. The boats near the lake are all broken and dingy. I understand this place is more about family legacy and farm life, which yes is special, but most things I found are falling apart around the main lawn area especially. Just in general, broken or not cared for. I am not expecting anything to be brand new or perfect but they're run down. We did most of the kid events and the play doh was all dried out and the crafts very limited. We felt there could've been a few more kid friendly events going on (maybe a movie, more crafts, outdoor music/games, outdoor events). The activity staff seemed really uninterested when it came to many of the events too which was unfortunate. Rather than really engage the kids they often stood around. These are the main reasons for our 3 star review. The concept and legacy idea for families is awesome, but the upkeep just isn't there and not as much engagement as we hoped. I love being outdoors, and for my kids to enjoy their time outside and farm life but they need to clean up a bit here. A few things we did love, to be fair and honest, the farm animals, Pony Ride, Easter egg hunt, and magic show. They were fun and engaging. Also, my kids absolutely loved trying to get eggs from the Hens (despite the limited number, but that's not East Hill's fault, that's just kiddos who claim them all and run away before others get a chance to grab one from the Hens). I also had a massage, that's not East Hill, but their outside vendor they use in their main lobby. It wasn't very good. The lady was nice but the chair massage was not relaxing or enjoyable. She barely massaged me. I wouldn't recommend spending $20 on this add on. This spot has so much incredible potential if they just maintained it better. Such special memories for families to create here. I get leaving the rooms nostalgic and maybe the farm areas, but the grounds, toys, arts and crafts and a few other areas could use some upkeep. Unfortunately that's why this is only a 3 star from our family.

They have classes on Tuesday evenings and Sunday mornings. I've only attended the Sunday morning class. It starts at 9am and runs for a solid hour and a half. The pace starts out mellow, then builds to the serious poses and then tails off at the end. There's some stuff in the middle that's beyond me at this point, but I still feel comfortable and not pushed past what I'm comfortable with. I find that there's a good mix of routine and new positions in the classes I've attended. As I mentioned previously, I'm a complete novice, but this place is legit.

A beautiful and colorful stay here at Bethel Farm…read more Wonderful people greet you as you arrive, they have more than one house on the property, and we stayed at the one closest to the pond. (Which btw the pond is clean and grea to swim in!!!!). The house was well cared for, and it showed! All wood, clean lines, and had a great open feeling about it. I felt very comfortable right away, and I usually do not always feel that when arriving at a new place to sleep. We were offered little soaps and toiletries to use. The house was very large, and could easily fit more than the 7 in our group. SO! The yoga, THE YOGA!!!! I was only able to take one class, since I was there for a short time but it left an impression on me and I felt great for the rest of the day. The NEXT day I could feel how hard my body worked. The effort and instruction was peaceful yet guiding. I've never felt that way after yoga! The studio itself is beautiful, open and airy with huge windows. A delight to practice in. We we able to help in the garden, tend to the horses, go blueberry picking, swam in the pond, and in a creek a short walk away. Woods surround the Bethel Farm making it truly a place of relaxation. Overall, positive experience, country done perfectly, trees, a haven away from Manhattan. I'll be back with friends for sure!
