Side story: A lady came in and asked if her nail could be fixed (toes) they sat her beside me immediately and they fixed her up and made sure she liked it all before she was finished, she felt it was still bad, they fixed it again the Manager was like "I won't stop until you like it ma'am" - turns out it was the curer that made her nail bubble they switched it out and it was so much better. There were only 3 customers in the salon and while we were there, customers were turned down as "we can't do you right now, can you come back later?" But primarily, my low score is for the lack in fully advising the customer of charges expected in advance: I selected the deluxe pedicure of $50, but the total amount came to $76.75 ($75 + some add'l charge). I was shocked when I felt I had to add a tip. I did ask for french tips, but never did I expect $25 plus for that. BEWARE and just ask upfront of complete charge in advance of services. Otherwise, the facility is clean, staff is somewhat friendly, and the final expectation is okay (but now wow factor).
