Always great service and fast walk in service. Love all the selection of colors they have. Love that you get a cocktail while getting your nails done. It is pricey but def worth it. The ambiance is very western/ pretty love the vibe of it all. Plus my favorite part is they turn the light off above your chair when you're getting your foot rub and you can just enjoy it and nap if you want, it's very very relaxing. read more

I'm so glad we decided to stop here to pamper ourselves. The place is beautiful inside and the customer service... amazing. I had Cody and Jenny working on my hands and feet and they both love what they do. I chose the aloe Vera pedicure and there's nothing like it, the pain relieving oil ... chefs kiss!! A whole hour of service!! My husband had Stella doing his combo pedicure and manicure. She is the absolute sweetest and did a wonderful job. Drinks on point! When I first walked in I was right away sat down to get my feet done. I decided to do the La Lavendar Spa deal which costed 46$ but right now because the business is new they are offering a 30% discount. The service by Ryan was great! He definitely did a great job.... And I will be back! The area is so clean and nice and the chairs were brand spanking new! Everything about the place was great and management even came over to check in on me and others! Our first time coming to this location and I will definitely be coming back. I get ingrown toes nails and it's hard to find someone who can trim them properly and not leave me in more pain (which I have been since my last pedi at a different salon). HIGHLY recommend Cathy! She did amazing at taking care of my pedicure and my nails look amazing. My daughter had Lisa for her pedicure and she did a wonderful job as well. The vibe inside is very relaxing and I love that while getting a pedicure you're not staring at everyone else across the room. We got the cucumber pedi, which had fresh cucumber . My baby girl who's 4 enjoyed a kids mani and pedi from Annie who did a wonderful job. So happy I found my new nail spot! read more

Went in today since I had an appointment with Holly. Waited two hours to be seen. Apparently she was double booked. Come to find out the girl in front of me was a walk in they took because she got there before me. My appointment was at 2 and they texted me to be there at 230 because she was running late. How is that fair when I had an appointment!!She's definitely worth the hassle but book during the week to avoid the chaos. If it weren't for Holly I wouldn't be driving the 30 minutes just to make my appointment. They didn't even offer me a discount for their mistake read more

I highly recommend Tommy, he is attentive and does great work! He took his time with my set and did a beautiful, subtle ombré. He also ended up doing my pedi and to be honest, I'm writing this review from the chair, it's so good! My first pedi here (a different tech) was a bit rushed, but Tommy is taking time to address ingrowns and is ensuring my toes feel good. It has been a long while since I've had a pedicure this good. Super cute salon and they had plenty of staff which was nice. My lady was a bit rude and my sisters person made a rude comment about choosing the basic pedicure but they did a good job. Wish it wasn't so frowned upon to want a basic, quick pedicure. You shouldn't feel pressured to choose an expensive package that you don't want/need. Again, they ended up doing a good job so will likely be back but could definitely do without the rude comments and attitude. read more

Horrible service. Horrible quality. If they tried as hard on their nails as they do on the environment, it'd be decent. I told the nail tech what I wanted. "That color look bad on you". I told her the shape & length. "That look bad on you." I tried salvaging the color by asking for the ombré that she herself had on her nails with a similar color. "That look bad." She made me bleed. I left $100 later with an embarrassing color, air bubbles all over the nails, and a horribly misshapen almond. I tried telling the front man about it and was yelled at. Won't be back & suggest others don't waste their time or money here. read more

It was my first time coming in there it was a bad experience my first time experience was horrible Holly did what she wanted to do with my nails she was ripping my nails off very aggressively, I was trying to tell her what I wanted and she kept telling me that she knows what she's doing but the nails never came out the way I wanted. This newly opened nail salon is the sister salon to Texas Nail House. The staff is super friendly from the moment you arrive and upto your departure. They offer a range of beverages during your services from non-alcoholic to alcoholic. I've had a manicure and pedicure and was pleased with both. I chose the ginger pedicure package since the weather is getting cooler and it did not disappoint; had a heated neck wrap and the aroma is amazing. The pedicure experience isn't your regular one by far they offer dim lighting for extra relaxation. And second, my gal, had ear pods and was talking ever so softly on the phone while doing my nails. She was responsive to me when I said something, but it doesn't exude professionalism talking on the phone while working. I will give y'all another chance....

While I was living in Las Vegas, my naturally thin nails (despite taking tons of supplements and applying daily nail oil!) experienced trauma during a fill, and all of my nails needed extra care afterward -- I spent seven months slugging them with nail oil and thick cream to help them recover. I was so happy to return to San Antonio after the long hiatus and get back in Eva's chair. Before applying gel, she did a very light buff to help protect my natural nails. Thanks to her careful technique, my nails can continue growing out healthy without any further damage. Beyond her skill and attention to nail health, Eva is also so creative and always wears the most inspirational designs. Her nails are fresh and you can clearly see the gel peeling away from her skin around the perimeter Of the nail. And the CUT on her, her nail is not irritation or sensitivity. If a nail is filed correctly, she would not be bleeding in a localized area in that nature. That's not irritation. TF? Very unprofessional to gaslight her. I have been frequenting this place for over a year and have recommended this place multiple times. But as of recently, I've been getting knicked, improperly filed down and had less than ideal results. The service has been inconsistent and it's sad to see this place go downhill. It's even more sad to see that management has not only gaslit me, but very clearly is doing it to other women.

I decided to book a massage at the Windflower Spa as a birthday gift from my boyfriend. I had just…read morehad my second baby three months prior and was really looking forward to my first outing without my kids needing anything from me. With busy schedules, I found a day that worked for everyone and booked my appointment. I arrived about an hour early so I could enjoy the hot tub before my massage. I was also planning to take advantage of the spa amenities afterward and grab lunch at one of the restaurants. About 10 minutes before my appointment, I put on my robe and headed to the waiting area. As my appointment time came and went, I watched every other guest get called back for their massages while I continued to wait. After another 10 minutes had passed, I finally went to the front desk to ask what was going on. The manager came out and informed me that there had been a miscommunication and my massage therapist was unable to make it to work that day. Unfortunately, there were no other therapists available and no alternative appointment times. I was simply told they were sorry and that I would need to reschedule. At that point, I broke down in tears. This wasn't just a massage, it was my birthday gift and my first opportunity to step away from the chaos and demands of postpartum life. Having that experience taken away without any notice was incredibly disappointing. To their credit, they did offer me a complimentary massage whenever I am able to rebook, which I appreciated and accepted. However, this was a very disappointing first impression. A simple phone call before I arrived could have saved me the time, effort, childcare arrangements, and emotional letdown.
