Candace Parker was my assigned massage therapist. I was a bit skeptical at first due to the availability on such short notice, but my doubts quickly disappeared once the massage began. I'm a fan of deep tissue massages, and Candace did not disappoint. She had an impressive understanding of how everything connected and managed to work out a lot of my tension. She skillfully used her elbow and body weight at times to really get into the knots. The massage was excellent, and I felt incredibly relaxed afterward. The massage is pricey, all the masseuses have certifications are all nice and professional, "great technique", yet none of them touched my muscles when getting a deep tissue massage. Lots of rubbing and sliding but felt like a sweedish massage. Asking for more pressure did not help. Each time they told me after I should stretch and take salt baths. If stretching and salt baths could fix my pain and tightness I wouldn't be looking for a masseuse.

I am a deep tissue massage client. Angela not only asked me about my areas of need, she also guided me through the process, step by step as she kneaded my joints, muscles, tendons, and performed firm, but gentle range of motion tests. Her assessment included tips on how to remedy/alleviate the tension in those areas. However, there was minimal talking, only when necessary. The soft music and dimmed lights were perfect for maximum relaxation. I could go on and on singing the praises of Massage Crystal and team! I have added these visits to my wellness regimen - and am taking Angela's advice! All three of us had strong masseuses who gave very good deep tissue massage. If you are new to massage, you might want to choose a lighter massage option as the pressure can be very intense and sometimes painful if you're not used to it. Misa was quiet during the massage which I appreciated, and she did check in twice about the pressure. She use hot towels to clean off the oil used for a massage after which I appreciated. They also set a timer for the massage so that you know you're getting your full time. This is a new massage parlor, opened about six months ago. The inside is absolutely gorgeous. Everything is spotless and the rooms are decorated impeccably. The bathroom was large and clean. They even provide free beverages. Prices were very reasonable at $75 for a one hour massage. You can purchase gift cards, but must do so in person. It would be nice if they made an online option. It was easy to book appointments, and they were flexible about changing to individual rooms versus a couples room. You can even have three people in a room, apparently. If you book more than two appointments at once, they do ask for a $60 deposit. I highly recommend this massage salon!

I learned the body scrub is an extra 29 dallor to go with the end or before your massage starts. The scrapping is for head massage. Not sure if I would want to pay just $40 extra for just face scrapping. Nevertheless, the extra services offered at this establishment vary in price ranges. Calling a head and setting up an appointment ahead of time might be the way I do things next weekend. It looked like a lot of businesses closed down around this business center, but I still plan to try this place out. The masseuse must have recognized me, because she took a photo of my beautiful figure. I never saw my picture, but just maybe, she will keep it for her collection I will be back to try out the massage and body scrubs.
