Outside is creepy. Should've trusted my gut and hauled ass out of there. Thought I scheduled with a specific person on their website. She was definitely not a massage person that would get 5 stars. Inappropriate to say the least. No boundaries. Did not feel comfortable or safe. I was tense the entire time and should've left. She got way too close to my panty line near my crotch. At one point she left the room and left the door open while I was on the table only slightly covered with the sheets. Earlier I could hear a man's voice just outside the door where the from desk was. Anyone could've walked by. A licensed massage therapist would NEVER do that. She got up on the table and straddled just below my butt and was way too close. It was not something a licensed professional would do. At one point the other lady came in and was massaging me too. Felt very creepy. Toward the end of the massage, she started massaging my breasts. Not around but had them in her hands! I was shocked! Asked her to stop. No boundaries which tells me they are not trained and licensed. I've had many massages in my life. No reputable and licensed massage therapist would do everything to make sure you feel safe and comfortable. Could not wait to get home and take a shower. read more

The first time I went, I had a really great deep tissue massage from a man (Joseph). I returned and was told he no longer worked there, and was assigned to a woman. She was good, also. This is a humble place with reasonable prices. There is plenty of parking at no charge. They need to hire a receptionist. It's distracting and annoying to have your massage therapist leave the room to answer the phone and handle front door traffic. It's frustrating and takes away from what could be a peaceful relaxing experience. read more

I never have the energy to write reviews even if I don't have a great experience, but this particular massage place should be called out. I have received five star massages from Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons, etc and believe me, I didn't have high expectations for a smaller place like this. My boyfriend wanted to gift me a couple's massage for the month of Love and he never had a massage before so he just chose what was economically friendly. When we walked in, it was nice. I was excited, we even got a $40 off discount for being first time customers. I had a male for my massage and my boyfriend had a female. Their massage techniques was not what I am used to. The male masseuse was hurting me the ENTIRE TIME, he used his elbow too many times. He started off by massaging me while the sheets were still covering me. I was wondering where the heck was the oil? He spent way too much time on my back. It was an hour massage, and he spent at least 40 minutes on my back. My back is still sore from the massage and I have a bruise on my arm from how hard he massaged my arms. The entire massage hurt. Even when hot stones were introduced, those felt good at first, but then he used those to put pressure on my shoulders and neck muscles, which was already hurting from his time spent on my back previously. When he got to my neck and shoulders, I had to tell him to be more gentle and he did for a little bit, but he proceeded to be rough as he continued. I was tense the entire time because of how hard his hands were. I didn't ask for a deep tissue massage, but I think he must have thought I asked for it. I have never had a massage place massage my butt, but apparently this place does so. He started to massage my butt and I thought to myself maybe this is how a full body massage is supposed to be, but nope, I just felt uncomfortable, he used his elbow way too many times in that area. As a man, he should not have been able to touch that area. My boyfriend's experience was similar. The female working on him was very firm with her hands and she took her elbow and was massaging his butt, using her elbow to spread his cheeks. When she asked him to flip over so that he could be facing upward, she grabbed his penis. Whether it was by accident or malpractice, or ignorance, we are not sure, but this type of treatment is not acceptable. If anyone else has had similar experiences, please speak up. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am thinking that these two individuals could not possibly be licensed. The massages were so bad. I know massages cost a lot now, but if you want a nice experience, pay the extra money to get an enjoyable, relaxing, and professional massage. There are places that you don't need to pay an arm and leg, but to pay $60 for an hour massage, I just didn't think it was going to be that bad. Never again. Our faces were becoming sore from the way the table was set up, there was no facial cushion to support our faces and our skin had indent marks from our faces being in the hole. This place was clean and tidy and the dim lighting made it all appear that it was going to be a great experience, but it just wasn't. The tables were super hard and no one ever used the leg roller to prop my legs up. I am pretty sure my legs were meant to be elevated. They even pressured us to tip at the end. The way that they asked was just not okay. They had signs up to consider tipping, but to be stared at until we whipped out our wallets was crazy. read more

This place is worth every penny! They are so professional and really care about their customers. They were very accommodating for us (we went for couples massage). They normally close at 10 and we called at 9:30 to see if we could get an appointment. They let us come in at 10pm for a 1 hour FULL body, and they finished around the 11:15. I had a one hour massage and it was wonderful! The woman who worked with me went by the name Linda, and she was so kind! I was asked to pay with either cash or through Zelle, which wasn't a problem. Linda was able to find all the spots that were tense or tight and her skilled hands went to work easing out all the knots and tension. I was offered water when I was finished, which was very kind. My partner and I got a 1 hour couples massage, and really did not enjoy our experience. I left more stressed than before the massage. The manager was extremely unprofessional and opened the door on us while we were undressing, to tell us our voucher was invalid, even though it turned out she mis-typed it. Then throughout the massage, the two masseuses talked to each other the entire time, the beds smells foul, there was so much noise outside throughout the massage, plus our masseuses left 7 times total throughout the massage to get items they forgot. Then when it was time to pay, even though we didnt enjoy the massage, I tipped $25. The massage charged $60 for a 1 hour massage, so this was an appropriate 20% tip on their own pricing, not just Groupon price. Then the manager was trying to barter with us and ask for $25 more in tips, and telling me I was barely tipping, despite it being 20%. Then she tried to tell me I needed to pay more becasue it was deep tissue, but I made an appointment for a swedish massage, so it was a very bizzare end to a bad experience. read more

There are so many choices in this region for massage, there is NO reason to go here. To start with, the table is simply awful. There is no proper head rest, just the hole in the table. The table is lower than a traditional table and the therapist ends up sitting on the side of the table in order to reach your body. The neck ring kept falling through the hole and onto the floor. I could go on, but the only thing I really need to say is that she took phone calls DURING my session! I kid you not.
