So I went to the office and rang the door bell no one answered so I rang the bell on the apartment that is attached to the office also no answer then I called and left a message, so then I went to the apartment located at the back of property and I knocked very lightly Assistant manager came to door I ask if she could tell me why I'm overlooked she was very rude when she told me I didn't pay my bill, I then told her that is wrong I paid Friday asked her if she could call the Manager she then told me I would have to take that up with Christina and that she wasn't fucking calling anybody for me, then her dog came running after me like it was going to bite me and I told the dog to get away from my then Sherry told me fuck off mother fucker and to get the fuck away from her door and that she wasn't helping me with shit, so I walked back to my space and got in my car entered my code and left the property sent another text message and an email to the property in Broadway Blvd, Garland Tx.

There's no mysterious fees during the move in and the lock is complimentary. Also access is 24 hours a day with no surprises like codes changing out of nowhere. The cost is a good value because it's rules are pretty basic...just follow them and everything will go smoothly. Not trying to slam the others but it's nothing like "snatch & grab" places like Public Storage or Extra Space Storage with extremely high turnover rates for auctions. Turned out we didn't need the second one as soon I left I called the guy back telling him we only needed one he had completely forgot the conversation we had. I understand they don't issue refunds but to charge me for an entire month for a unit I did use is poor business.

Charlotte gave me a varitey of sizes that I could look at based on my needs now and what I may need when the house sells. Justin took me out on the property and showed me each one. They made it so easy to lease. I highly reccomend them. They live on the property and everything is well taken care of. More than $2000 worth of property was stolen from our unit and it literally took management a full 7 days to inform us. When we asked why they hadn't told us about this the day it happened the manager literally yelled at us that she had hundreds of phone calls to make and what did we expect her to do? No exaggeration, yelled. No empathy or understanding that we were upset for good reason. We rented a U-Haul van and moved everything that was left out that very day. A very nice facility however a multi level facility that requires access via elevator to access…read moreunits on floors 2-4. Elevators have been out of service on multiple occasions making getting to the unit impossible. Also, only two moving carts are made available for use for a facility with easily more than 150 storage units. We feel there should be at least 6 carts available for use as we have arrived during busy times to no carts being available for extended periods. Staff is generally little to no help.
