And that "free" truck is rarely available and drives awful. Rates go up regularly. And if you are considering renting with them, don't believe that they don't have units available, and the manager herself doesn't even know the "hold" policy expressed by the company. There are better ways to make money - like treating customers with respect and fairly.

Finally, I was just reading Morningstar's policy - that I didn't have to pay to hold a unit, that's definitely not was I was told; you can look into my account/call me and we can discuss further. Shame you have the prettiest, cleanest units, great location but you will lose business if these practices keep up.

At the beginning of the call when he "asked for my phone number in case we get disconnected", I politely declined to give him my number and was then told "well I have your caller ID". Throughout the phone call he was clearly trying to upcharge all of their units, was cryptic about availability, and would not accept the size unit I was inquiring about. By the end of the call when I did not wish to share my phone number, last name, nor email address, he hang up on me. Not impressed, and will not receive my business.
