What wonderful service! Chris helped us out and introduced us to their barn cat, which I might say is a sweet cat that loves pets! Offered us some drinks for our trip and wished us the best. I honestly have had horrible service in the past at other places, so to say the least, this man made our move so much better! What a wonderful and bright character! I had an issue with the car hauler I had and it couldn't be used. U-Haul searched the area and found what we needed at Pinky's. It was 103 in the shade. As soon as I walked in they knew who I was, got me fixed up and out the door with zero hassle. For what would normally be a stressful event, it was actually pleasant. I went up there to try to get my refund and deposit back and found out they ended up having no cash to give me back. my address got changed than what I had on file. everything was correct until I got there. it's like they don't want to give me my money. I'm getting the run around and wasting my time with this. I wouldn't have brought it here if if I knew any of this. hope the next person doesn't have to go through what I had to read more

The worst service I have ever experienced. I called Pinky's on Saturday afternoon and they never answered. I called 5 more time and continued to get the voicemail. Sunday morning I called at 10am, when they open, and again got the voicemail mail. I drove to Pinky's where I dropped off the rented U-Haul and ran into a guy opening the bay doors. On Monday I called again because the U-Haul in Conroe was never notified that we had turned in their truck. They called and they too got the answering machine just shortly after 8:15 am. I will never do business with Pinky's ever! They have yet to return my phone calls!! read more

I love this place! The owners are very friendly and helpful. I even have their cell phone for after hours help with my farm feed supplies. Anything they don't normally carry will easily be custom ordered (if available). It beats the big stores, hands down. read more

Competitive prices on the Zignature cat/dog food, would like to be treated better when shopping there.

These folks are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They recently came under new ownership and are starting off on the right foot. Always a pleasure to stop in a chat for awhile. My Dad had purchased one of their sheds and the workers got it done very quickly! I will post pictures of it. They were able to suggest a concrete person as well to help put the cement pad down first. read more
