I told her she owed me from Paying up front last time and bc of her mistake it was not applied. She continue to insist that the only way I would get discount is if I pay in advance once again. It is sad that individuals do not know what doing the right thing is anymore. I will be looking for a new dry cleaners as this one needs to honor their word.
