A beautiful and well run venue. Close to Portland airport and yet miles away feeling.

From a show exhibitor point of view, I can't imagine how amazing it would be to board and train here! It is the most high-class equestrian facility I've been to in Washington or Oregon. Stunning views from the multiple (5?) outdoor rings (fabulous for your professional horse show photography), plus two indoor rings. Nice show stabling (portable stalls), wash racks, and a separate show office within the show stables. Do not pass up an opportunity to attend a show here! Even if it's a schooling show, you'll feel like horse show royalty and make some great memories. read more

We had an opportunity to enjoy a Baby Shower for our Niece Michelle and Nephew Nick. Noah Rattner and his family have a World Class Equestrian Centre. The food, the company and especially the Clubhouse/Event center was very comfortable and clean. It was a great experience and after we had the Baby Shower Noah gave a large group of us a tour of their amazing facility. It is World Class for sure. Technology and the mindset that the well being of the horse and their owners is of the upmost importance. Truly a great event and even better centre. Thanks Noah. read more

I had the opportunity to visit Devonwood for the second time this weekend for a clinic with Olympic rider Debbie McDonald. This place is phenomenal! I'm familiar with dressage facilities from MD, VA, NC, and CA and this is definitely one of the nicer facilities I've had the pleasure of visiting. Not only does it offer state of the art amenities and a gorgeous setting, it also has an incredibly professional and friendly staff! If you are a horse person, or just enjoy horses, you have missed out if you haven't participated in a Devonwood event! It really doesn't get any better than this! We are SO lucky to have a riding facility of this caliber here in Oregon! read more

You won't find a higher caliber dressage facility in the PDX area. Lessons and board are priced accordingly, unfortunately. On the other hand, the people who run it are passionate about dressage, love horses, and are very welcoming. I highly recommend volunteering to help out at the Dressage at Devonwood event held every summer. If you are curious about dressage or just want to spend a day admiring gorgeous animals moving in concert with their riders, you won't find a better time or place, and they treat their volunteers well! I had a great time helping out there, touring the grounds, and watching the show, and will definitely be in it again for 2012! If it were closer in and had self-care, I'd be all over boarding here! read more
