The carpet was installed properly and the installer was very good. Unfortunately the carpet did not match the sample we had gotten from the store. It was not as plush as the sample and we felt that the issue needed to be addressed at the store. For what we paid, we did not feel it it was a good value. We returned to the store to express our concerns and showed the salesperson the difference between the sample and the carpet that was installed. She agreed and said she would let us know what they might do to compensate us for the lesser quality. We have not heard anything from the salesperson or Christoff and Sons. Apparently they are not at all concerned with customer satisfaction. We explained that we will be remodeling the the kitchen and replacing additional carpet but we certainly will not be using Christoff and Sons as they don't seem to care.

Due to their long history with suppliers, he was sure there would be no issue with the manufacturer and in short order replacement carpet was installed. I have contacted them about the warranty and company failed to respond even after a certified letter. We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company. I was horrified and dreading the discussion of next steps, but Arianit clearly explained our options and the prices for each option. We ultimately chose to repair/replace the damaged wood and the added cost was very reasonable. Throughout the process, Arianit sent us photos of the progress his team was making and kept us updated as the timeline changed with the added repairs. I could tell even before we got home to see the floors in person that we had made the right choice. When we did get home, I was not disappointed at all. The crew showed up on time all 4 days of the job and worked very long hours to get the job done on time. Scott was very receptive and available for questions and concerns we had during the project.
