This newly built building is located on the corner of Folsom Blvd and Mather. The parking lot is…read moreone way in and out... and so is the school. Sucks due to traffic! To enter the building you have to enter the front which is where everybody can see you from Folsom blvd. It's a bit of inconvenience but for safety reasons, I get it. Upon entry there's student services, and to the left they have a generic bookstore area (I can't really call it a bookstore because it's just a person behind the counter) and a lounge to chill/study. They have a copier for students to use in the lounge area (10 cents per page). The classrooms are pretty decent size and all new! No graffiti/doodling on the tables or odd gums underneath the tables, or stinky carpet. The bathrooms aren't disgusting either. This location isn't so bad, but the parking lot needs improvement.

There is a student lounge area with vending machines & tons of electrical outlets, so it is the perfect spot to charge your laptop or phone while you're waiting for your class to start, or need somewhere to hang out. We come here every Tuesday and Thursday for Maddog Wrestling. My five year old practices here. The…read moregym is large and the wrestling room is in that- also a good size. The kids have plenty of mat room and parents have room and space to hang out and enjoy. The room offers lots of mats for the floor, mats on the wall, mirrors on the walls, rings, and ropes. The best part about this school is the staff working. All of the coaches and volunteers working in this FOLSOM community are phenomenal. They all are fantastic with children. They work really hard to be as patient and helpful as possible- with all the different personalities and ages of each child. They all understand the energy and compassion that each individual needs. If you have children, this is definitely a place to come and bring them. I suggest doing so 100%! I love this place and the people working in it!

Most main stage speaker sessions occurred at the Jill Solberg Performing Arts Center theater for everyone including students/athletes, with the separate individual breakout sessions for coaches/parents/administrators happening in one of the two-story classroom buildings (I believe the two classrooms I visited were typically used for World History and Geography), and continental breakfast and sandwich lunch in the multipurpose room/cafeteria area. The theater was big, about 700 person capacity, comfortable seating, and an impressive lights/sound system for the stage. #whatsyourwhy

There are a few different lots and they can fill up toward the late afternoon but I have never experienced a time when I didn't have a place to park. All of the classrooms appear to be decent for accommodating a medium size class. There are restrooms on every floor and a few vending options in the basement. All in all, this is a great location for an evening class or a class that doesn't require much interaction with the main campus.
