Beautiful location, updated center with proper staffing and hours. It is a center instead of a campus so it has even smaller class room sizes. Polite staff as well with a flexible schedule. Not sure if they are open on Saturdays though. read more

I normally wouldn't go this far away from my house to go to school, but my professor (Mr. Michael Komos) is worth following anywhere. But I will say the Naperville center is very nice. My class is an evening class and when I leave for the night I feel very safe. The parking lot is well lit and they have a security guard at all times. I have been going to Keller/DeVry for my masters now for 3 years and have been to 4 different campus. I have enjoyed going to all the different campus and have really appreciated all the staff in all those different campuses. I graduate now in August and will be proud to say I am an alumni of Keller/DeVry. read more

Everything was fine until we started working from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Higher ups changed their behaviors in a bad way. Unfortunately their behaviors are why people leave Devry and why this position is a huge turn over rate. They continued getting crazy and strict on us it just got worse. The admissions advisor position is just a sales job they just put a fancy title behind it. You never got any breaks during the day you'd work more than 8 hours a day and you only got an hour lunch. Higher ups would freak out on you if you were away from your desk for 5 minutes to get up and go to the bathroom. Highers ups only care about numbers and being competitive with other teams and regions. They don't care about actual people or the students. If you are struggling your boss won't be there to support you but they will surely take care of their favorites. They will lie to try and convince themselves that they don't have favorites. Higher ups never tell you how good you are doing they always tell you all the negatives. Nothing is good enough for these people!! They push you and harrass you. When you go to higher ups with a concern they dont care about it and they also like to talk to you in a rudely manner and want to go back and forth you because they know they can get away with it. I unfortunately got sick with the coronavirus and had a doctors statement and gave it to them and i was harrassed by my boss about when I was coming back to work. She sent me texts and emails asking me when am I returning back to work when I was out of the office trying to recover from being sick which is very inappropriate and unprofessional. The coronavirus isn't a 24 hour cold its a deadly virus that people are dying from its for real and I thank God I am alive from it!! Shame on you Devry for treating your employees this way. So don't get sick, have a baby, or have a loved one pass away because they won't let you take time off these people won't care they will just replace you. So if you like all of what I've explained then this is the job for you. read more

Today 2/21/2020 at approximately 2pm, I started having car trouble. Rather than have my vehicle block traffic, I pulled off Diehl road into the Devry parking lot. My vehicle brokedown completely and it wouldn't start(NO HEAT). So I go into the main entrance and there's a short woman with short blonde hair sitting behind a desk. I ask her "politely" if I could wait inside for AAA and possibly use their restroom. She comes from behind a desk and I show her my vehicle. It was easy to spot and my hazard lights were on. She told me to go to one of the nearby restaurants and use their restroom!!!!!! Now, I'm a notary and was wearing a suit. I wasn't unkept or impolite and I was treated like vermin!!! I just asked the DeVry Chat helper what the policy is regarding the restroom. He said all she had to do was give you a pass and that the bathroom is just beyond the security doors. WOW!!!!!!!
