I visited Doctor Dewey's office in Tustin after dealing with some intense neck and back pain. I was suffering from headaches, extremely limited range of motion, driving became hazardous as I couldn't turn my head appropriately to make safe maneuvers, my career in nursing was being jeopardized, and I couldn't keep up with my two young children's high energy body interactions. Few things are sadder than cringing when your baby wants to wrap their arms around your neck and hug you because you know its going to hurt so much. After a few weeks in his care my pain levels were next to non existent, my head aches had gone from a regular occurrence to seldom, and I was sleeping, moving, and playing with my kids comfortably. I found Dr. Dewey through groupon and researched the yelp reviews so i gave it a try. This is my first chiropractic visit ever and i had a little anxiety going into it. The doctor was friendly and funny. As soon as the doctor came into the patient room i explained that i was dying, figuratively. I have terrible neck and shoulder strain and it was pinching a facial, perhaps ocular nerve that gave the right side of my body a numb sensation predominately in my face, also causing right side headaches. I thought i was crazy. He explained what was going on and made me feel less crazy. He proceeded with the adjustments and immediately i felt relief. It was an "OH! Ahhhhhh" moment and i already feel like my head is on straight! I have years of built up tension in my shoulder and neck. I will definitely be back. There was almost no wait so thats a plus. Dr. Dewey is a miracle worker. I have chronic back pain and numbing and tingling in my hands. Just after visiting him, my numbing and tingling in my hands went away and my back pain was immediately diminished. He was very thorough and listened to my problems. He asked lots of questions and made sure I was comfortable and feeling better before I left. He has great knowledge and gives you great tips on things to do to improve your health. This is by far the most immediate relief I have ever experienced as far as medicine and treatment! Dr Dewey is AMAZING!! I told him he was like a magician! The office is spotless, the receptionist is cool, and the wait was minimal. He walked me through everything so I would be prepared, and in addition to the lower back pain I initially went in for, he also corrected and raised my attention to an issue in my upper back. Ive been to 6 chiros for my back pain, Dr Dewey is the only one who took the time to listen to everything i had to say. He also came up with a detailed plan of action for treatment that was explained in full so I could understand everything he was doing. I was pain free after 3 sessions, I cannot recommend him enough. I've been dealing with back pain that was so bad that it radiated around my hips for a while.
