I received a gift certificate as my Christmas gift, in the amount of $245, to be used as I saw fit, but purchased to allow for a hot stone massage, deluxe mani/pedi, and to also include tip. I called to schedule and was told the masseuse was only available Wednesdays and Saturdays. I booked for a Wednesday. The day of, I arrived at the salon, and was told by the receptionist that they tried to call me to cancel because the masseuse didnt feel well. I had no missed calls or voicemails on my phone. Irritated, I rescheduled. That day came and AGAIN I was called within an hour of my appointment that the salon was canceling because the masseuse didnt feel well. I requested a refund, and the owner told me no refunds. No where on my Gift Certificate does it say no refunds. Beware. read more

i won't ever go back. I had my hair colored and the look I wanted wasn't so far off of my natural hair color to say I'd have to come in a few times to get that look but at $300+ each time, ya no thank you. The time I was there not only did I hear rude comments made from other stylists it was like the one doing my hair didn't want to even be there And in a rush. read more

I had gone to Jomaji in the past from when it was a group party of celebrating Mother's Day or something along the lines of, but never went there individually. The service in the past was excellent and I really enjoyed it. So a couple weeks ago I scheduled a hair appointment for a Saturday morning and was looking forward to it. On the Friday evening before, I received a voicemail from Amber that was really quite rude. She said, "Hi this is Amber reminding you of your appointment with Kristin tomorrow morning at 8:00. Your hair appointment is very long so if you do decide to cancel you need to let us know because we can schedule other people in your spot. Please give us a call at..." So I was like okay. I understand that it's a huge time block but that just comes with having a salon business. Some appointments are short and some are long. Maybe overthinking it but I did not care for the tone that she used in the voicemail. Then the following morning on my way to dropping my daughter off at the sitter so I could go to the salon I get a call from them telling me that Kristin called in sick and she's been sick for three days! (Kristin, I hope you feel better. Totally don't blame sickness it sucks). The lady told me there were no back up stylists and they were booked solid the entire day. So my question is, why didn't Amber tell me on her oh-so-nice voicemail she left me, "Kristin hasn't been feeling well so she may or may not be coming in and we don't have any back up availability for you if she wouldn't be in."? At least that way I would've had time to book at a different place. Let me tell you, on a Saturday morning/afternoon if you're looking for a cut and color last minute you won't get in. I called every salon from Green Bay to Sheboygan and every salon was booked or just had a haircut available. Pretty poor customer service for Jomaji. I'm really disappointed in them. They definitely need to train their receptionists on how to leave proper voicemails. I may try them in the future but not anytime soon. read more

I recently had my hair cut & colored by Jennie. I wish I had before & after pictures because the transformation was amazing! Jennie is fantastic & a wonderful person. I really like the salon & would love to try a spa service soon. I will definitely be back to have Jennie take care of my hair! I had a phenomenal 90 minute massage with Michael. He has gifted hands that generate a heat that penetrates sore muscles. His touch was never too hard or too soft- I think he has studied the body and also has an intuitive sense of what works. He sat down with me first, and asked about me. We talked about what massage can do for arthritis. He was very knowledgeable on the topic. A good healer. When we were done, the spa accommodated me for an unscheduled eyebrow tint and wax at closing time. Incredible. read more

I was able to schedule a last minute pedicure on a busy Saturday. I was greeted warmly by Laurie and she brought me upstairs for the pedicure. It was divine. I also got to keep the polish I selected for my toes. She was nice, friendly, and did a great job on my feet. The salon is beautiful. read more

I went there to get a facial. Most disappointing experience ever! She didn't even clean my face before she started. She didn't look at my skin and did not do any extractions. This facial was basically putting something on my face, and then massaging my arms. And it was $20 more than any where else in the area. Needless to say, I will not go back there ever! read more
