After driving 40 minutes I was in some pain, I took some meds and thought I could make it through the 30 minute MRI. I did not . First, the office staff was so helpful and accommodating , they agreed to make payment arrangement because my co pay was so high , I could not afford to pay the entire amount up front . They were really accommodating . Awesome staff!!! And the technician who did the MRI was very kind, helpful, and understanding after 10 minutes I couldn't take the pain and had to reschedule . The morning of my rescheduled appointment I realized that the drive would be too much ,again , and I just needed to find a place closer to where I lived . Now I will have to save the money to pay the outrageous co pay I have . Nancy and her supervisor were so nice they refunded my money ( the portion I had already paid)and wished me well . I at least wanted to make a review and state the positive experience and interactions I had with the staff of Alliance ! Thank you for everything !

Incompetent front staff. Alliance MRI Katy cancelled my appointment twice without notification…read more(April 2026 and May 2026). I arrived on the day of the appointment (twice) and was told they couldn't execute the scan that day. And "oops, sorry we forgot to notify you". If you need to use this facility, call 30 minutes before your appointment to verify it's still happening. A confirmation text means nothing. Ultimately I went to a different provider - they did great.

This was my first time getting an MRI so I was a bit nervous, but the staff made me feel at ease…read morethroughout the whole experience. The front desk lady on the left was super nice and got me checked in quickly for appointment. I only had to wait for a minute before the technician called me in. I informed him that this was my first time so he explained the entire process to me and how the machine works. He even explained just how strong the magnetic pull is in the machine. Afterwards he got me all prepped, we did the exam, and I was on my way. All in total I was in and out in 26 minutes! The image quality was amazing as well. I was warned that Memorial MRI doesn't produce the best images, but the technician said these were newer machines. I compared my images to my friend's images from another facility and there was such a big difference. It's like comparing picture quality on an iPhone 16 vs a iPhone 5!

No one ever gave me any instructions s that I couldn't eat or drink for 4 hours prior to the procedure. I had eaten, so we had to reschedule. This morning I went in for my rescheduled appointment. Two different technicians attempted an IV for my contrast and neither of them could find a vein, so they sent me home again. They told me that I was possibly dehydrated and I should have been drinking water. Are you kidding me? Oh, and they charged my credit card for a procedure they could not do! I would never use this company again!!
