We opted for this elective scan in between doctors appointments. It was ok. At 25 weeks I thought I'd be able to see our baby a little more clear... I'd say, if your 25 weeks, wait a little longer. I also thought that we'd be able to record our experience and you can't. You can't record in the ultrasound room. Seems like a good price at first but they nickel and dime you by charging $10 for this, $10 for that. We paid $10 for a video and $10 for the digital photos. I thought we would get something for "free" as advertised for paying in advance and we didn't. They did print out 4 photos for us so maybe that was the freebie. The staff was nice and that's why they get 4 starts but to me, it wasn't worth the $$. read more

A friend recommended this place to me, saying it was affordable, so I decided to book an appointment. During the scan, my baby had his hands covering his face. We continued the session, hoping he would move his hands, but he didn't. I asked if it would be possible to come back another day, as I didn't want all the pictures to have his hands in front of his face. The technician told me that since I'm close to 34 weeks, it might be difficult to reschedule. I mentioned that I'm off on Monday and Wednesday. One tech said they're closed on Mondays, and when I asked about Wednesday, I was told no because I had already completed my full session. Unfortunately, about 95% of the images taken show my baby with his hands on his face, and I was hoping for a chance to try again for clearer pictures. The techs didn't give warm feeling at all. I did the Sneek Peek test here at 9 weeks and got the results just a day later saying baby is a boy! Scheduled an ultrasound for 14weeks 1day and confirmed that he is in fact a boy!! This place is good. The girl who did the ultrasound seemed pretty knowledgeable. She was a little hesitant to look for the gender since I am only 14weeks, but I told her I had found out that time with last son and really wanted to try to see this baby's gender so she did :) read more

So glad that I went here! "The building, and office were very nice and clean. The tech that I had to do my 4D ultrasound was very sweet and worked with me and my difficult baby so we were able to get pictures. The placenta was right in her face but the tech let me get up and move around so baby would move some and she finally did. I do believe she went over the 20 minutes that the 4D ultrasound allows, and she also gave me more than 20 digital photos which was very very appreciated and meant a lot to me. Went to this place for the early pregnancy screening. For the early pregnancy screening hearing the heart beat is one of the things advertised and she told me she couldn't do that. She literally did the ultrasound and handed me the information and I left. I couldn't even see the screen when she was giving the ultrasound- she even said it was moving a lot, I would love loved to see that. I don't know how this place has good reviews. Perfect experience! I arrived 20 min early for my 4D ultrasound and they were able to see me right away. The office and ultrasound room smelled great and were extremely clean ! The tech was an angel ! My baby wasn't cooperating very much and she stayed to give me extra time to make sure she got some good facial shots for us! Came here to find out the gender of my 4rth baby and it was AWESOME!!! Plenty of parking, signs clearly marked as soon as you enter the building where to go. We arrived 30 mins early for my appointment and the sweet girls told me they had a cancellation and could take me right away! Filled out my form, paid ($45 special) and we went straight back! The girl that does the ultrasound is SUPER sweet!! And good at her job! Seating available in the ultrasound room for about 6-7 people with a large flat screen tv to view the ultrasound on!! Husband and I just wanted to confirm the gender of our baby at 16 weeks. We did their Tues-Thurs special, set up our appointment online. They were awesome and called a couple days in advance to confirm appointment. Our little one wasn't cooperative and literally used her hands to block her face or turned away from us every time we tried to get a good shot. We were able to confirm she was a girl, and hear her heartbeat. The tech even offered to have us wait there until after her next appointment to try again for a face pic, but we were happy with what we did get and plan to go back closer to 30 weeks to get some more options. Pricing is reasonable as stated in their name "affordable", they are a lot cheaper than other places if you really want to get 3D/4D ultrasound of your expected little one! The place seemed nice and clean. The scheduling was simple and easy, they offer online scheduling which is convenient. The special I got was $65 ($60 on Tuesday-thurs) but I went on a Saturday, the offer stated a 25min ultrasound in 3d/4d, four prints and a CD of 25+ photos. Well to say the least I was disappointed being my first 3d experience, I was expecting so much more, especially from what I heard from other people about their 3d experiences, I know all babies will be seen differently in different positions and all but the tech didn't even offer tips to get my little one to move, my baby had arms and legs covering her face most of the time, the tech had me turn on my side halfway through which helped a little she moved for a few mins to get an okay couple pics of her face, next thing you know the tech was wiping my belly off and I'm thinking wow I'm done? I look and we've only spent 13mins (which was supposed to be 25 mins per the offer, but when you go they have you sign a paper which states 20mins, but whatever) , I was sad I wanted to get at least one really good pic of her face... So anyway I get up and she tells me to pick four pics to print, and here the pics are printed in B&W for the price I would think they would come in color (that should be stated on their website) but the photos on the CD are in color, overall I just wasn't happy, I really expected the tech to want to please me and want to get a good pic for me, which she didn't, she explained throughout what I was looking at showing different parts of the baby, most of the photos on my CD are distorted and I can barely tell what they are, I wish I wouldn't have taking the cheap way and saved up enough money to go somewhere else. But again, I guess I can't blame the whole place, every tech is different, so good luck on who you get! I feel like I was rushed and she didn't really try to get nice pics ... Well end of rant, I wasn't happy but at least I got to see my baby in 3d! read more

After scheduling an appointment here and anxiously waiting all week, my wife called the morning of to confirm just to be told that she didn't have an appointment. The staff gave some excuse about attempting to contact her yet despite having all of the correct contact info we never received anything. Not only are they obviously horribly unorganized they had terrible customer service too. You would think that considering the entire issue was due to their poor practices they would've been somewhat apologetic, but you would be wrong. I was able to book a ultrasound appt for my daughter which is 19 1/2 weeks pg with her 1st baby with absolutely no problems at all. I was able to schedule a appointment on a Thursday for the very next Saturday. We bought the $79 package which included a 20 minute video of the baby and a cd with all the pictures (which included 31 photos I believe) that we could download to our computer and print out ourselves or take to Walgreens and have them print them out & my daughter & son in law got to pick out 4 of their favorite pictures of the baby for them to print out for them! The best thing I liked was they allowed myself the g-ma, my niece the baby's God mom & of course my daughters husband to all attend the ultrasound and they took no time at all telling us the gender! Which surprised us all to find out she is having a girl instead of the boy we where all convinced she was having. So happy to know now so we can start preparing for our lil princess! read more

I really loved my experience at 4d ultrasound. the receptionist is nice and the tech is very calm. My baby didn't want to move so I couldn't get good shots but the tech let me walk around and kept retrying. unfortunately he was being stubborn and didn't want his picture taken so she set me up for another date to try again. and she was very nice about it.
