Deyta Junk Removal Services was quick, responsive and efficient. I sent my inquiry to Yelp and within a few minutes, a lady responded to my question with my availability to do a quote over the phone. She was courteous and had the guys scheduled to meet with me by the time I came home from work that same day. The guys also came with an empty truck bed ready to haul all my junk, and I mean I had a lot of junk, within 30 minutes upon arriving. The guys also brought their own dustpan, broom and trash can to clean up the area where they just removed the junk. Prior to calling Deyta Junk, I had already called 2 other companies who gave me a quote that was at least $50 higher than my final bill with Deyta Junk Services. Today will be day 2 of my using this company. Normally I would wait til the completion of a job before leaving a review, but I'm already so impressed after the first day that I don't feel the need to wait. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. :P The entire staff, from the on site men that come out to the woman who handles the office calls... they have all been so friendly, professional and accommodating. I have a bit of a time sensitive emergency situation. They sent someone to meet with me immediately, we're reasonably priced and we're able to start the job the same day. It has been a pleasure working with them so far and I would highly recommend them. They work fast, are super efficient but have also made sure to be very careful and aren't afraid to ask when they aren't sure what you want. They make sure to try and deliver exactly what you need. Despite some slight language barriers, we have worked around them. Despite that challenge, they have still done a better job communicating than most companies do. They tell you when they will be there and *if* there is a slight change or delay, they make sure to let you know immediately. I really appreciate that level of professionalism.
