Like a lot of people, I've spent the last 10 months of never-ending COVID purgatory organizing every corner of my house. This left me with a pile of furniture, boxes, and other general "crap" that I needed to get rid of. After checking out Yelp for some junk haulers, I messaged Fast Hauling Services based on their great reviews. The owner responded back super fast and scheduled for the next evening. When he arrived the next day, he took care of everything and did it for a VERY reasonable price. He was professional, kind, honest, and great to work with (even quickly!). Also, his prices were criminally good (he should probably raise them, but you didn't hear that from me). And now my house is free of junk! I will absolutely be using Fast Hauling Services next time I have something that needs to be hauled away. I selected Fast Hauling Services after going through a number of reviews here on Yelp. As promised, Yovanis responded to my request for a quote very quickly and was out the next day to take a look and give me an estimate. I really appreciated that he wore a mask without me asking and was super friendly. I walked him through the house and yard pointing out the various items we wanted removed (a mix of old furniture, filing cabinets, and just random crap we have accumulated). He gave a fair estimate and scheduled him for the weekend. I believe he could have come out sooner, but we wanted to get more of it together first. As we started pulling the junk together, I realized there was more stuff than I had pointed out to Yovanis. So I gave him call letting him know and acknowledging that the change in stuff likely would change his quote and that was A-Okay. He said it was no problem and said he could head over early since we were ready. He and another crew-member showed up with their truck, my partner showed them around to orient them to the things we wanted removed and they got straight to work. These guys work fast! Due to the amount of items I had added to the original estimate, he didn't have the space, but promised to be back later that day to get the rest. This was after I'd already paid him. An hour later he updated me that they were leaving the dump and were going to grab a bite before heading back. I cannot say how much I appreciated the update. He also texted as they got here. They finished grabbing what items remained and left lickety-split! Service was excellent! Got a quote yesterday. Then Yovanis came today to take our yard debris, clothes dryer, etc. He even swept up the area of the palm tree branches for us. Terrible service. I gave them a call and they said they would arrive in an hour to just give them the address. They never arrived or answered any further calls. Im not saying this is kind of sketchy but It was not comforting to send someone your address then hear nothing back. I emailed late in the evening at 9:30 describing some extensive yard cleanup and not expecting a response until the next day. Within 10 minutes Yavonis responded saying he will be out in the morning to review the project and give us a quote. He was out by 8:30am with a co-worker and actually gave what I felt was too LOW a bid given the amount of stuff to be hauled off. He said pay us what you think is fair.
