He even located and returned many family keepsakes that we missed during our initial search, including multiple family photographs. After completion, he swept out the storage unit and left it incredibly clean. The storage owners stated the unit looked as if it was "brand new". Additionally, Marc even took multiple sensitive documents to UPS and had the papers shredded, per our pre-approval. I rarely post on social media. However, I think this is worth posting. I really can't say enough good things about Marc and his crew. We are remodeling and as a result we had a number of large and messy items that needed to be taken to the dump, including an extremely heavy wood fireplace insert that hadn't been cleaned for years. It took four large, strong men to move that monster out of the house, but they did it. Notably, they didn't so much as put a scratch on the new paint or leave a speck of dust when they were done. I was moving out of my house, and had a lot of trash and other things that I did not want to take with me. I contacted Marc. He showed up about half an hour after I contacted him to give me an estimate on a Saturday morning. I gave him $100 deposit on Venmo. He showed up on Monday to do the job, and I didn't even have to be there. He had given me a quote, and when he was done with the job, he told me that his quoted price was all that I had to pay. Excellent service. I called and within an hour, Mark was here to give us an estimate. We had an extremely heavy player piano we needed moved. His price was incredibly reasonable. When I asked how soon he could move it, he actually offered to do it that evening! His crew was still working.
