The only complaint that I have is when they changed and updated to the new outdoor ATM, my problems started. Many times when I went to use the ATM during hours when the credit union is closed, the ATM is "out of order" and I cannot access my funds that I need. This has happened probably 4-5 times in the past year or so. I am not really happy about this. Other than that, no other problems. The staff is wonderful!

I told them that I am waiting for my W-2 from my employer so I can complete my taxes. I needed them to help me because I was in a bind. I just paid off a $30,000 car loan with them and I have a balance of$5,800 on my daughter's car loan through this credit union. Still denied! Yesterday, Thursday Credit Union One had an ATM machine down, and the other drive up lines were too long with customers waiting, so I chose this one. THEN I came back today for some quick cash for the weekend. This establishment did not charge me a fee because I am a credit union member at another credit union which is a nice connection to offer a free service. Strange though instead of putting your card in sideways you have to put your card in front first. I was happy yesterday Thursday July 19th and this morning to withdraw some cash for lunch and the weekend. Drive up ATM is mounted flush to the building wall.. drive around back and it has a covered overhang during weather conditions. He also reached out to the appropriate departments to ensure the investigation was moving forward. Someone fraudulently opened an account in…read moremy name, and after dealing with their fraud department to get it closed, they sent me a letter demanding additional notarized documentation. The same letter literally instructs me to visit a Bank of America branch to have it notarized. So after spending two hours at the police station filing an identity theft report, I go into a branch ready to follow their process--only to be told they won't help me because I'm "not a customer." One teller even tried to schedule me, but another shut it down after confirming with the branch manager, Mona Lazri, that they wouldn't assist. It's unbelievable that they're this strict about helping someone fix fraud that happened under their watch, yet apparently not that strict when it comes to opening accounts in the first place. Zero accountability, zero common sense, and a complete waste of my time. Bank of America and Mona Lazri the manager of the Romeo plan and Hall rd branch is a joke.

Sadly after today I have decided to begin looking elsewhere for my financial needs moving forward. Not only did the supervisor that I spoke to today talk to me as though I was one his buddies which I really don't care for, but I feel like the loan officers and supervisors are more in a rush to get to the finish line with loans than focusing in on the details along the way that made them get my attention as a customer 6 years ago. I felt like I was in safe hands being educated on how I need to move forward with loans. Now I feel like I am just being told what the underwriter needs with no real demonstration and sometimes explaining of what the underwriter would need looks like. Their company standards on who they have hired and their professionalism has changed. So much to the point that I am willing to deal with a higher interest rate than how they talk at you but not to your need. So sad I referred 2 of my family members who are members and a few others. Now I am no longer making any type of suggestions.
