Friday afternoon called as I hadn't heard a word.Will told me they had the wrong struts, had to order them from KY and it would be five days. Tried to contact Joel/Will to have the drink holder in the middle row replaced, I mean why not, they were going to have the car for another week. Never got a call back. Another week goes by, no communication. Communication is NOT Pat Lobb Service's strong suit, neither is customer service. Called Wednesday to find out when my car was going to be done. I use the tollways for work and when the girl gave me the loaner she said that any tolls would be billed back to my car, not that there was a built in toll tag. Left a message for Joel/Will to please call me so I knew how long to move my toll tag to the loaner; still waiting on that call. Called 10 days after dropping it off and couldn't get a hold of Joel/Will, asked to talk to service manager, David. Said he'd check into what was going on and get back with me; that was Friday morning, not a peep. Did I mention communication is NOT their strong suit? They finally called me Saturday morning at 10:45 to tell me my car was done. Here's a funny story about communication. When I Googled Pat Lobb to call them I dialed the first number that populated, asked to speak to Bill and got VM; no surprise there. As I hung up I thought Freeman Toyota, that's not who I wanted. Guess what? Less than 60 minutes after I left that message, Bill from FREEMAN TOYOTA called me back. He was concerned that they had allowed something to fall through the crack. I apologized, explained my error and we parted ways. I was so impressed with Bill and Freeman Toyota I called to speak with the manager, Dusty. Guess what? Dusty called me back. Pat Lobb - 0 / Freeman - 2. The morale of the story: Pat Lobb will not ever win back my business because they do not understand customer service and communication. I will make the long trek to Freeman Toyota because they understand what GREAT customer service means!

His actions are the reason it's 3 stars and not 1. The biggest issue was the wait time. It was supposed to take around 3 hours, it took 5 and a half. Unfortunately they lost my phone number and had to communicate to me through my husband as the middle man while he was at work, so I knew little to nothing when I wasn't physically there. They upsold me on a tire rotation and balancing, and a week later I had to replace 2 tires because we found a huge bulge of them and nobody had exact tires to replace just one with, so after spending nearly $300 on tire care there alone, we had to spend another $300 (and more to come due to the replacements being crap but that has nothing to do with the dealership). I would recommend any business that makes their customer wait almost 2x the estimated wait time for their service to at least offer a discount on the present service, a complimentary future service, or something. I won't be coming back to any toyota dealership if I can help it at this rate. TLDR: The people are friendly, prepare to pay out the nose, wait an insane amount of time, and say no to upsells. Do what you need and get out.

I never have an issue getting an appointment that works with my schedule, the price is always fair, the team is a delight to work with (always friendly), and (if the maintenance is going to take several hours) I've been able to utilize a no charge loaner vehicle. My car was in the shop for over 9 months and although I was given a loaner for that time, they inconvenienced me further several times by having me swap the loaner 3 times because they kept selling the loaner they gave me. Next, I brought my car in for an intermittant tail light issue. My vehicle has a 10 year bumper to bumper warranty. Although I spoke to the warranty company 3 times and they assured me that the component was covered, Jerry's claimed that it wasn't and wanted to charge me almost $300. I purchase the part for $20 and repaired it myself. This last time, they again claimed that due to rodent damage, they would not cover the part. I told them that I did not want the repair. This time they insisted I pay the diagnostic fee. Because of my warranty, I had never been charged this before but they insisted that the diagnostic fee was not included in the warranty. In order to retrieve my car without paying the diagnostic fee, I had to agree to forfeit the free oil changes I received for the blown engine inconvenience and I was banned from returning to Jerry's for service again. They literally put that on the receipt. This does not seem like a good way to do business to me and I don't want to do business with a company like that. Beware, I can only speak on the service center, I have never purhased a vehicle from them.

It hasn't been drivable since November 2024, which was 9 months ago. Kia agreed to repurchase this vehicle in February and has dragged their feet at every step. At one point, customer care told me the process was completed. At this point, Kia owes me over $20k and I will be finding an attorney. I tried to work with Kia in good faith but they don't want to do the same. Avoid Kia/Hyundai EVs, they are broken and the dealers will lie to your face. Look up Kia / Hyundai ICCU recalls and save yourself a lot of time and trouble. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
