The salesman was courteous, very professional and the prices were more reasonable than any other place I called. He gave a date for my shower door to be completed after the time frame I needed it. I told him it was for a final sale walk through of my home and he stated that he couldn't make any promises, but would do his best to come through. In fact the door was made and the install went easy, but it was also done two days before the final walk through of the house. We called DFW Bath & Glass to get an estimate for our Masterbath remodel - we enlarged our shower and added an All Glass shower enclosure! Heith helped us with the design and came out twice from Ft Worth to McKinney for measurements. He was so friendly and a pleasure to work with. His installer was also very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and On Time! Our remodel was in January of 2016, and I phoned Heith 2 years later for an adjustment to my door & they worked with My schedule, and No Cost for the service call! Lucas, our installation technician, came to home, measured tubs for shower glass installs, talked to us about space, utility, aesthetics, etc, and gave us several recommendations at several price points. He was attentive and professional and has good communication skills. We settled on install, pricing etc and everything was delivered in time expected.
